for the money, it is a reliable cassette. Not top of the line, but it works very well, and for the asking price, you can buy multiple cassettes, be all OCD and replace them more than needed and still not spend alot of money. I prefer SRAM and like there products.

Quiet running, crisp shifts
I replaced an OG Shimano cassette with this SRAM one. I also replaced the chain with a SRAM 9 speed chain. The improvement was significant. Quieter, crisp shifts, smooth running. Very happy with this combo.

Last two rings did not fit.
The main cassette fit just like it should. The last two rings were not sized correctly to fit over the hub. Had to return and go with a different product.

Missing cogs, but slow replacement
I like these cassettes just fine, but the one I ordered was missing the two smallest cogs and lockring.(The keeper was loose in the box) I returned the item to Kohl’s and asked for a replacement. The defective one arrived in twos days, but they can’t/won’t tell me when the replacement will ship, let alone arrive.I find this odd and not a happy customer.

arrived completely disassembled, but fortunately all the parts were there. This is worrisome because the factory box containing the cassette has a large open window, and parts could have easily spilled out, especially the tiny screw that secures seven largest cogs together. The box should be completely enclosed to prevent loss of parts, even though not as attractive on a retail display. I wonder if this cassette was a return from someone else’s order who had disassembled it. I cannot detect a swapped used part yet though.
