RD、スプロケと同時に購入。別途チェーンホイールも購入しましたが、チェーンホイールとこのBBはマレーシア工場生産でした。しかし品質管理は日本流なのでお値段以上の価値があると感じます。ポタリングや通勤用なので、なんら問題ありませんし、丈夫で安価なので気を使う事もありません。そこそこの価格帯の完成車でも、これより低い品質のものが使われている事があるので、私などには必要充分です。

This is a genuine part and an exact match to my existing BB
I had a click going on and thought it might be that BB so I bought this to replace my existing BB. Turns out the click was the pedals threads needed grease but this is a nice new bottom bracket for my bike. Now I just have 2 that I kept my original for when this one becomes worn out.

Perfect fix for Nordic Track S22i
Perfect replacement part for Nordic Track S22i stationary bike. Even if you’re not yet experiencing the “crunchy” failure of the OEM bottom bracket bearing install this Shimano replacement. I had no idea what a difference a quality bearing could make… it’s so smooth! Way better than the original! Shimano packs the bearing with plenty of grease, you won’t need any additional lube.

Great Upgrade. BB-RS500
Upgraded to a Claris crankset from generic tourney square taper, huge difference.This bottom bracket BB-RS500 was recommended by Shimano for the Claris crankset.Very stiff, smooth, and feels good.You will need the Parktool BBT-69.2 socket tool.Fits right on my 3/8 socket and torque wrench.No issues at all with this botttom bracket several miles, still nice and tight.

The bearing you need for the NordicTrack Studio S22i
This is the bearing you need for replacing the bottom bracket bearings on the NordicTrack Studio S22i. The factory bearings are very low quality and you can definitely feel the difference.FYI you will need a bearing socket to replace the bearings, the best one I found was the Park Tool BBT-69.3 (69.1 and 69.2 are earlier versions that would fit too). I tried some knock-off alternatives and was very unhappy with them so went for the name brand product – definitely worth it.
