Very good..Nice quality geniune part.You should replace the crush washers and retainer ring every time you take your fork apart to service it. You can re-use the old ones if you really must but it’s better to replace them to prevent oil leaks. The Rockshox Pike uses 2 crush washers and 1 retainer ring. You can buy them separately but it works out a lot cheaper in the long run to buy a pack of 50 of each. But yes I know that’s over £20 unfortunately to replace a few washers!.
