    Dies quickly

    I already had a very similar one from a different company that I loved. I found this one on amazon, it looks similar but it’s not nearly as good. It’s usually dead by the end of the ride if I don’t charge it each time. I would try a different company.

    Light does not stay lit – Would NOT recommend!

    I am really disappointed with this bike light because it is so cute. The light does not stay lit even after charging. It will stay lit for 5 seconds and then turn off. Really bad quality.

    Customer service was trash.

    I ordered 2 of these a while back (1 heart & 1 bone). The heart one worked just fine but the bone one only warmed if it was plugged in to the wall. Customer service did nothing for me, not a replacement, not a refund. Nothing. Love the heart one though 👍

    i’ve had my light for about a month now and haven’t had any issues. It lasted about 4hrs and could also be plugged in to charge while being used, which was very useful. The light is also very bright!
