Puissant
Puissance de freinage impressionnante ! Facile à installer et régler 👌 pratique quand notre vélo ne dispose pas de support pour installer des disques 😁

Worst bicycle brake I have purchased.
DO NOT BUY THIS BRAKE unless you like to waste money. As an avid bicyclist, I have maintainedmy road bicycles for 35 years and this is the absolute worst product I have purchased. The instructions are not clear and the videos on line are NOT helpful and I have watched them all.I have never been able to adjust the brake pads to align to the rims. After many many hours of frustration with installation I have given up, and I have purchased and re-installed a v brake on the rear rim.If I could give it zero stars I would.

Stopping power like Hydraulic discs
My bike doesn’t have disc brake mounts, so I had to use these or drums to upgrade from the linear rim brakes that came stock. I upgraded to a Nuvinci N360 hub years ago, which doesn’t have drum capabilty. I won’t be going back to derailleur or any other IGH. The stock brakes just weren’t up to the performance level I am accustomed to. Installation was a bit tricky. Once I quit overthinking it, all came together. I used to work as a bicycle mechanic, but never installed this type brake before. If you need to shorten the hoses, you will need a good clean way to cut them, and a special slotted socket to remove the old fitting. I purchased this unit https://amzn.to/3klZQpS although to do it over I would probably buy one a bit deeper.Bleeding the brakes is not necessary if you follow the directions well. Stopping power is incredible. So is the screeching of the pads on the rim. To remedy, get some sandpaper, 120 grit or so, and carefully sand the part of the pads that touch the rim faces, and clean the rims with rubbing alcohol. That fixed it for me.

Alright se bikes brakes
They were valid for my big flyer se bike but if you bend the rim they suck and adjusting the bite point is annoying and after a period of time the bite point ends up getting weaker and weaker and yu have to keep readjusting and they aren’t good in the cold and rain is the worst and after I took it too the bike shop to get bled they get squishy in a short span of time just get a disk conversion or hs33

Impianto eccellente

Worth the Buck!!
Absolutely love how these turned out on the Sunday HighC. Not something everybody is doing either. I just wanted a little old-school on the new school. Brakes are killer 🫡

They are great, until they need constant repair.
First image is stripped brake adjustment screwSecond image is plastic bleed port screwI got these brakes and loved them, I shortened the cable, got everything adjusted perfectly, and they worked great. The problems all started to show after I accidentally unscrewed the brake line from the lever a little and leaked some fluid. I ended up ordering a bleed kit and went to bleed and redo the brakes, but when unscrewing the bleed port screw on the lever, it stripped out extremely easily due to the screw being plastic. I thought I would just order a replacement screw and get a stripped screw remover, and it would be over, so I did that and successfully bled and redid the brakes. Two weeks later, however I noticed that my brakes felt kinda loose and I thought I was losing liquid. I ended up checking the brakes and realizing that the plastic screw had been slightly unscrewed, because during the initial bleed I couldn’t screw it all the way in without it stripping. I ended up once again bleeding and redoing the brakes, and this time I made sure to fully tighten the plastic screw. I readjusted the brakes and they once again worked, or so I thought. I was riding and decided that I could improve the brakes a little by slightly tightening in the little screw on the inside of the lever that adjusts the position of the pads. I did this and they were even better until I saw little pieces of plastic on the lever and when I pulled the brakes, they made a click and the screw I just tightened had moved back to its original position. I had somehow stripped the brake adjustment screw and broke the lever. Now i’m deciding if I should go and buy a new lever or just get rid of these stupid plastic brakes. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Please avoid these or buy the hs33 due to the lever being better.
