Great Value
I have been using the Jagwire slick stainless steel derailleur and brake cables for years and find them to be an excellent value. The are clearly superior to low cost galvanized cables with low drag and little or no stretch. You can spend much more for high end cables some with Teflon however the Jagwire cables offer great performance for moderate cost. For me they hit the sweet spot where spending much more buys little if any improvement.

Good enough.
They’re alright. They are slick, and stainless. However, they kink easily and that makes it hard to install. Their thin complexion (1.1 mm, OD) causes some compression movement in the housing, but the dérailleurs shift well (STI, Shimano 105, 10 speed). However, I wouldn’t install these again. I would recommend them if they were 1.2 mm, and didn’t cause movement in my shift cables while shifting.Okay change of review. It turns out my LBS put Shimano OT SP40 (for friction shifting, coiled wire) on my road bike which caused erratic movement in my drive train and dérailleurs. I changed my cable housings to OT SP41 (for indexed shifting) and re-used this cable for the front dérailleur and it seems like there is no friction in the shift action. On top of that, the old housing caused a lot of friction to occur within the cable housing, the shift lever pull, and the dérailleur pull. The new housing and cable fixed the issue quickly and effectively. I guess it was my fault for the bad review, but this cable is good quality. However, for durability reasons, I still prefer to have 1.2 mm. shift wires rather than 1.1. Overall, good quality to price ratio. Shipped fast.

If you’re having trouble with the rear derailleur shifting properly, try these out!!
My wife’s 2016 Trek Remedy has always shifted poorly (rear derailleur) ever since she bought it. Our local bike shop has never been able to get her bike to shift properly running the cables internally. The bike shop could only get it to work running the housing externally. I finally got around to doing it myself and got it to shift smoothly and effortlessly on the first try. No going back to the bike shop for cables again. I also used one of these on my KS i900 dropper post. My dropper now works very smooth.

所詮消耗品なので
シマノさんと値段を比較すると半分くらいですがだからといって交換時期が短くなることもないし、扱いづらいこともないのでこれで充分満足できますね。

Good quality stainless steel cables
Good quality cables. My normal go-to cables are the Shimano stainless steel ones, just based on availability all over. I could not locate the Shimano ones that would take less than 2 weeks to arrive, so these were the next best thing. I used them in my trust-loc remote for my front and rear shock. They are smooth, and have a quality head to them. They are long enough to go to the rear shock on my XL frame. I used White Lightning clear lube in them before installing in the casing. They are smooth and pull the shocks into lock mode easily. I would consider these equal to the Shimano stainless steel ones.

Cable is stainless and longer than the standard length.
Just arrived and exactly what I needed for our RAD Expand-5 step through shifter cable replacement. These are almost a foot (200mm?) longer than the standard length 6.5 ‘ Shimano cable that came with the shifter. It is labeled as “slick stainless” which is a cut above the galvanized standard cables which could wear off or chip.

Bon produit
Je me galérais depuis longtemps avec les vitesses qui passaient mal sur mon vieux VTC Deca…n. Le changement à été assez facile et depuis je n’ai plus de soucis. Bon produit, bon rapport qualité prix.
