Received the Holder great design but broke on first use the plastic by the bolt hole holding the holder to the clamp cracked and the crack ran all the way up the plastic material on one side. contacted Amazon only to be informed that this item being sold via a 3 party seller I wasn’t able to sent it back via normal shipping and that I would have to pay additional shipping cost myself. Amazon is a let down when it comes to customers dealing with 3 party sellers in that instead of standing behind the customer they make the customer go though a lot of running around dealing with sellers and their policies of making the customer paying additional shipping cost to return a damaged item. Amazon should update their policy stating the customer shouldn’t have to pay to return an item either the seller provides a return label like Amazon does or Amazon pays the return shipping seeing that most customers buys from Amazon though all types of sellers because supposedly Amazon has a good customer service but when dealing with 3 party sellers Amazon falls short in providing good customer support and service

This holder is the BEST! I wanted a water bottle holder on my handlebars that didn’t spray water all over me or explode my water bottle from my bike onto the road when I hit a bump. Better than I expected
Works much better than I expected. I use it on my adventure bike and it holds whatever I place in it. I like the adjustable lock so I can hole tight the different size bottles.

It’s adjustable , fits STRAIGHT SIDED MUGSOUT TO 3.6 INCHES AS WELL AS THE TAPERED CAR HOLDER TYPE MUGS, a win win combo , at the moment , I am using a wheeled walker called a ROLLATOR , WITH HAND BRAKES, I HAVE A YETI , 24 once STRAIGHT SIDED MUG CALLED THE RAMBLER, IT IS 3.5 INCHES TOP TO BOTTOM, STRAIGHT SIDED, IT MOUNTS ON MY ROLLATOR WALKER ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, my coffee mug slips into it like a glove , just perfect, I love it

I read a few reviews, about how this thing wouldn’t hold up in rugged terrain, as a west Texan I found that disturbing but decided to try it out anyways. It worked well, I used it on my E-trike to go get some RO water, but it could use some bands or something to hold the bottle on the sides as I see it falling out when I’m not on road/sidewalk. Fit perfectly on my Mooncool tk pro as a extra larger bottle holder, fit well, compatible on my trike, held my bottle well enough on roads/sidewalks, but I’m afraid of I get on dirt or anywhere else I see my bottle falling out on the sides that have no hold.

Excellent but be careful with huge hugs
Holds very secure to the handle bars. I uae a big 40 oz Yeti so I wrapped a zip tie around the top for more security. The base WILL loosen with extra large, full cups, but the zip tie fixed this. Ready to ride!
