    Must Have Mirror

    Perfect Mirror! I Use a mirror in case my bike radar’s battery dies and extremely useful on group rides. As a Ride Leader with 2 bike clubs, it’s important for me to keep track of the riders behind me so I can keep everyone together. The mirror I was using was small and had to be adjusted constantly. This mirror seems to be heavy duty, meaning, it would take gale force winds to move it! The mirror came with various sizes of zip ties and a couple of Velcro straps. As an added touch, it came with 2 reflectors that can be put on the back. The mirror is designed to come out of its holder; I guess for easier cleaning so be careful when attaching to your helmet. I have a Trek Wave helmet and was concerned with installation. The zip ties thread fairly easily through the holes. I had to use 3 thin ties. The 3rd tie was installed at the rear of the mirror’s holder where there’s a small hook. The zip tie fit easily under the hook and is able to hold it in place. Helmets without the wave cell seems to install very easily.

    Attachment was easy. Sticky pads used on other systems do not last.

    Enginering and or is shabby quality control resulted in the first mirror brakiat the attachment of the mirror to the arm early on when the helmet dropped to the ground. The replacement which I payed full price had a mirror with faulty glue a d fell out of the black holder on the end of the arm.

    It’s sturdy and has the best visual view I’ve had in a bike mirror.

    Mirror Falls Out

    The mirror installation was OK, but the mirror fell out the first time I was putting on my helmet to go for a ride. Fortunately, the mirror only chipped slightly when it hit the pavement. The company needs to use better adhesive and use a housing so the mirror snaps in place.

    Cheap crap.

    I made it less than a tenth of a mile before the vibrations from riding on A PAVED ROAD shook the mirror loose from its plastic housing and fell to the ground. Skimping on adhesive was a bad choice by the manufacturer. Even the included zip ties were cheap. I accidentally broke one by hand securing the base to my helmet. I will be returning ASAP.

    Not durable…get out of this price range and keep shopping

    Got it installed and secured properly but the mirror kept falling out. I glued it properly for them, free of charge. Started liking it, but the plastic, adjustable alien worm snapped after about a dozen rides. Overall, it is garbage. With durable materials it would have served me well.

    Good price . Like the wide angle view . Easy to install . Easy to adjust . Mirror was broken off the adjustable arm when delivered . I repaired the mirror ,works fine .
