An absolutely critical to have item if you intend to strap anything to bicycle handlebars that these can lock down. The reason you have multiple of them (and buy multiple sets if you can) is because if you take things that these go to off often enough, eventually the silicone will tear that one time you didn’t notice that you did things less than perfect. Once it does so, it may last awhile, but eventually that tear will get bigger and bigger until it comes off. So once you notice that, throw it away and use another one of these sets of 5, big or small size, whatever you need to replace. So basically these are reliable so long as you don’t make a mistake, then when you do, you have as many back ups as you bought. So get one set of 5 and 5, get another for 10 of each. Get whatever you need to make the odds better for not running out against your mistakes taking them on and off. They’re quality as long as you do it right. Basically.
