Good option to add suspension to XLectric XP lite
I purchased these to add to my Lectric XP Lite (which has non-suspension front forks). I wanted suspension forks for the comfort and added control they add. They are about 4 pounds heavier than the stock forks but in my situation was acceptable (added weight vs comfort/control). It was relative easy to install if you have basic mecahnical bicycle skills (or you can have a bike shop install them). The stock brakes bolt right on but I had to move the headlight to one of the mounting holes on the head tube. They are spring suspension so no worries anout filling with air or leaking. Overall I am satisfied with this item.

Lectric XP Lite
These are the forks if you want to add front suspension to your XP Lite. There is a guy named Tito that has an awesome install video on YouTube.. Super easy and makes a world of difference to your ride. Add a BMX Turtleneck Shorty kit from David Brandnew and you are set!If you have an XP Lite 2.0- you will need an adapter to raise the brake caliper so it will fit the 180 mm disc.

Puts soft ness on the front
Purchased and installed two of these. For my wife and myself, on our Lectric XP lite. I have mine set to the hardest setting and hers to the softest. The XP lite reminds me of my bmx bikes from back in the day. However my wrist don’t like the back in the day feel, and these take the hardness out of the bumps. Took me a couple hours to install. If you are thinking of purchasing these for a Lectric XP lite. There is a video on You Tube from a guy called “RV with Tito” that does this. I don’t know him, but he does a good job of explaining how he does it.

Not compatible with New version XP lite 2.0
Won’t work on new version xp lite 2.0. The stem screw is 8mm and you’ll have to retrofit a 6mm with a thick heavy duty washer. Additionally, the brake caliper isn’t compatible. I ordered another spacer and will see if it works. If it does I’ll link it on here to save you the headache.

FITS Lectric XP Lite
It fits perfectly on my Lectric XP Lite bike. Very smooth ride BUT, It’s a little difficult to get the old fork race off to use on this new Fork. Watched YouTube videos and was able to use a 1 1/4′ Pvc Pipe (with a cap) to reinstall on new suspension fork. Used a rubber mallet to gently persuade fork bearing race on new fork. Fork tube is 1 1/8″. Used a flat blade screwdriver with a long handle to gently tap and remove race from old fork. Take your time.

lectric xp lite 2
Was a perfect fit for our lectric xp lite 2 bikes. Made a world of difference and still does. Well worth the cost.

Fits a Lectric XP Lite with minor modifications
I highly recommend these as an inexpensive alternative to the solid front forks that come standard on the Lectric XP Lite. They make the ride much more tolerable on rough surfaces and helps with overall fatigue. You’ll need to cut the top tube on the new forks (I recommend a pipe cutter) to match the height of the factory fork stem. Be sure to purchase a star nut setting tool (and star nut) to complete the job. Everything else bolts up pretty well, but you’ll need to fabricate a custom bracket if you want to use the Lectric XP Lite front fender. The ride is considerably better now and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to soften up the ride. The stickers peel off easily with heat if you prefer the more understated look.
