    Ordered 2 for both of my bicycles and both came rusty. From reviews I can tell I am not the only one receiving rusty product.

    This showed up rusted and roughed up. I suspect it was either a resold return (which should have been discounted) or poor packaging (wrapped damp) post manufacture. The hex keys don’t have any signs of tool marks or use on the tool ends. if it was returned, it was weathered but not used.
