Good product
Easy to install , however it would be much better if it had a groove where to place wrench to tighten a bit more . It’s smooth all around so it’s hard to tighten . Great quality , great price , my rides have become much more comfortable and applying torque to the pedals is much easier … just wish they had a size slightly smaller in the extension .

Defective right pedal extender
The PeSandy right pedal extender is defective. I tried two different orders.Details:I successfully, easily threaded my left pedal into the left pedal extender 100%, but my right pedal only threaded into the PeSandy pedal extender 50%. I tried different pairs of pedals, which all worked on various crankarms.I got a replacement from Amazon. I kept the original pair with the defective right pedal extender until I could try the replacement, just in case the replacement was defective in a complementary way, i.e. in case the replacement had a defective left pedal extender and working right pedal extender.However, the replacement was defective on the right side as well. My right pedals only threaded 70% into the replacement right pedal extender.I returned both pairs of PeSandy pedal extenders.Instead, I ordered pedal extenders from a different brand: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0037NAC9G. This other brand, SUNLITE, is worse in a few ways (more expensive, heavier, and not hollow), BUT importantly its core function works.

A simple bike upgrade saved my knees
These things have changed my life – – seriously. Biking has caused inner-knee pain for years, but I just lived with it. Pros helped me adjust everything on my bike for proper fit, but the pain persisted. But these extenders changed everything, and I knew it from the first ride. Some of us need a little help with knee/pedal alignment, and these do the trick. Also, for those worried about getting these off in the future, be sure to use non-seize lubricant on all the threads. Copper-based lube works like magic. Things stay tight as they should, but the tension on the threads breaks easily when it’s time to move them in reverse.

So glad I purchased these. They were easy to install and work great. It makes for a much more comfortable ride on my bike that I should have gotten them sooner. They are the perfect length, they don’t slip and look good.

Pedal extender works GREAT !
The pedal extenders worked great. We have an electric bike that my son uses to get to and from work and said the pedals were feeling too close to the bike when he needs to use them. I got these and he said it was GREAT, just the right amount of extension.They have small groove in them to tighten, but I couldn’t get my wrench in there, but plyers worked just fine. When I tighten the pedal back to the extender, it also tightens up the extender. No worries guys, it is all good.

An opportunity to do some machining
Had a few problems with mine. The right pedal extender was fine. But the left side was not threaded well. This is the reverse threaded side, so my tap & die set was useless to clean-out the poorly machined threads. I was not able to thread the pedal into the extender by hand. Also, my pedals take an 8mm hex wrench which was slightly too wide to fit through the extender. I was able to get around this by drilling out the core of the extender slightly to allow the 8mm wrench to get through. I then had to thread the pedal on using a vise to securely hold the extender.These are made from soft metal. Notice the bite marks in the extender from my vise. I did not tighten the vise excessively. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly oxidation forms on the metal in our humid climate.Overall, the average person should probably avoid this product. I was lucky to have the tools available to resolve the issues.
