Es el segundo producto que compro de esta marca (QKURT) y ambos me han parecido de buena calidad en sus materiales. El tronchacadenas ha cumplido su función sin despeinarse con 3 cadenas bastante antiguas incluso oxidadas. La punta no se ha doblado nada y hace muy buena presión sobre el émbolo del eslabón (se nota al tacto). Recomiendo este pack solo por el troncha. Los alicates cumplen su función, parecen resistentes y aprietan y sueltan los eslabones rápidos, aunque hay que hacer bastante fuerza, no sé si porque le falta algo de palanca o porque los eslabones no son tan finos en cuanto a su mecanizado. Me gusta la variedad de eslabones que trae para diferentes tipos de cadenas, aunque no sé determinar la calidad, su uso a lo largo del tiempo lo dirá. En definitiva, lo volvería a comprar.

Is it the tool or user error???
I don’t know…the description made it sound like this tool was a cinch for replacing a bike chain, but there was NO way I was able to get the chains back re-linked with this tool. There is no alignment to help keep the two pieces EXACTLY aligned and kept straight where I could get the pin back into the chain correctly. After trying for hours and covering myself in bike grease, I ended up taking it to a bike shop and paying them to put the chain back on. Not as easy as the videos and instructions say it is. You really have to know how to do this to use these tools. Call it the tool or user error, but it was not worth the money (only cost ~ $18 bucks at the bike shop)

Decent Unit Use It Patiently
A must have for chain maintenance. The links were of no use too small. Should put bigger ones in package. Be careful popping rivets. If you plan to reinsert versus installing quick link do NOT push it all the way out. I ended up damaging my chain trying to get it back in. Wouldn’t have faced that had the quick links package included some bigger links. Ended up ordering some and working for an hour to remove a bur caused by my process. Use the smaller punch if it fits the hole better. Careful to keep it centered. I used the larger punch and got it slightly out of center causing a metal bur.
