I really like this bicycle basket and think it’s a great value for everything that’s included. It comes with the fold-up metal basket, mounting hardware, a removable liner bag, and a cargo net, so you really have everything you need to add extra storage to your bike right out of the box.The basket itself seems very high quality. It’s made of coated metal, feels sturdy, and pops open into place really easily. I also like the little hooks that lock it in place when folded down for storage, it’s a nice touch that makes it feel more well designed. The cargo net also seems durable and works great for keeping things secure.The liner bag is probably the weakest part of the set quality-wise. The zipper was a little stiff at first and hard to close, but after using it a few times it loosened up and works much better now. Not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. I do appreciate that the bag is included though, especially since you can store the cargo net and accessories inside it when not in use.Installation hardware is solid and secure, but keep in mind this mounts with actual screws/metal hardware rather than simple straps or bungee cords like some bike bags use. I personally liked that because it feels very secure, but it does make removal a little less convenient. Installing didn’t scratch my bike rack but it is made of metal so be aware of that.Size-wise, this basket holds a lot. I’ve used it for backpacks, library books, and random errands so far, but it’s definitely big enough for groceries or larger items, especially combined with the cargo net making it very versatile.One thing to note, the basket does fold flat for storage, but on my bike I couldn’t fully fold it down while attached because my cargo rack flares upward at the ends. Not a huge deal for me since I can just remove it if needed, but something to keep in mind depending on your bike rack design.Overall, very satisfied with this basket. Good quality, practical, and a really nice storage upgrade for a bike. I would definitely recommend it.

Great basket for your E-Bike
This is a great basket for your E-Bike. It comes with the basket, mounting hardware, a removable bag, a waterproof cover, a bungee net, and a reflector.The basket is collapsible. You can fold the 4 sides down. It has a clip to keep it folded. It is spring loaded. When you release the clip, it pops back out into a basket.The bag that comes with it is a bit smaller than the basket. It slides around a bit while you ride unless you have something heavy in the bag. I would prefer it to be closer to the size of the basket. A plus to the bag being a bit too small for the basket is that it’s very easy to remove and put into the basket. There is perhaps an inch or so of space on each side of the bag. The bag is nice. It is padded, has handles and a zippered lid. The material the bag is made of is waterproof, but the zipper is not waterproof. Not to worry! They included a waterproof cover that will go over the entire basket keeping all contents dry, even if you aren’t using the bag.If you don’t use the bag, or your items are too big for the bag, they included a bungee net that will fit over the top of the basket to keep larger items into the basket.The mounting hardware is metal. This is a plus and a con. It’s nice that it is metal. That will make sure it lasts and is not likely to fail. However, I am worried it will scratch my paint on my bike. I zip tied the bag to my bike. I would prefer either plastic hardware, or metal hardware with a protective coating, or something along those lines. Also, because this is not a basket designed specifically for my bike, it doesn’t sit quite perfectly. It sits flat, I’m just worried it might slide a bit over time and perhaps scratch the bike. I am going to get some thin foam or something along those lines lines to put under the basket to protect the surface of the bike. The basket is coated, and is unlikely to scratch the bike, but over years of use, it could eventually cause issues. I’m likely being over cautious, but something to consider when you install it.Overall the bag is sturdy, appears to be durable and is useful. I would recommend it. There are only a few things they could do to make it better. At its current retail of $32 on sale for $28, it’s worth the money if you need a basket for your E-Bike.Pros:1. Rear bike cargo basket
This is a great little basket – it works beautifully on my e-bike which is be using it the most on. This way I can send the teen(s) for errands or an ice run at the campground. The basket was easy to install and super easy to unfold. I like the cargo net option and the bag to help secure items.It fits the back seat well since I don’t have a foot rest for a second rider at the time anyway.

Lightweight basket with flimsy construction and limited durability.
I was not very impressed with the BBTO Bike Rear Basket. The overall construction feels less sturdy than I expected, especially for a product marketed as a metal rear cargo rack for adults. One important detail buyers should know is that this is not a standalone rack system. Installation requires that your bike already has a rear cargo rack, as the basket simply mounts on top using the included hardware. While it may work reasonably well for carrying lightweight items, I would not trust it for heavier loads or for transporting a pet as shown in the product description. I personally would not feel comfortable placing my ten-pound Pomeranian in it due to the lack of rigidity and overall stability. The basket also has several rough metal edges that appear likely to wear through or puncture the included waterproof cover after limited use. The included zipper bag and bungee-style cargo net also feel fairly flimsy and do not add much confidence in long-term durability. At the current price of around $29, I do not feel the quality matches the cost. For occasional light-duty use it may be acceptable, but I would recommend looking at sturdier alternatives if you need something durable or capable of carrying heavier cargo.

Easy to assemble, and the bag and mesh keeps items secure.
This bike rack basket is super nice. The basket is collapsible so if you are not using it you can lay it flat. It look just seconds to assemble, and it can attach to several different types of bikes. I love the leather bag that comes with it, and it also has a mesh net to keep all of your supplies secure. The bag sits down in the basket and is a great place to store your supplies while riding. This bike rack was exactly what I was looking for, and I am pleased with the quality and features.

Large Convertible Basket
This is a clever design that enables a collapsed flat surface or an opened, generously-sized basket. You simply unhook it, and the spring-loaded sides pop up forming the basket. It’s easy to install on a rear bike carrier using the supplied brackets and bolts. This package also includes a zippered tote bag, a stretchy mesh cargo net, and a rain-cover. The size is bigger than I expected, so I can carry most anything I choose.
