    Ich hatte vor diesem Rahmenschloss eines von der Konkurrenz (A**s) bestellt. Kostete locker 30€ mehr, hatte SL 9 und passte nicht um meine MTB-Bereifung.Also bestellte ich dieses von AXA mit SL 12 und achtete auf den Abstand des Rahmens. Da ich keine Schraublöcher im Fahrradrahmen an dieser Stelle habe, bestellte ich ebenso auf Amazon für kleines Geld die passenden Adapter dazu.Die Blenden, die die Langlöcher abdeckt, sind etwas fummelig beim abheben. Das sollte man sich in einer Montageanleitung einmal ansehen. Der Schraubendreher muss quasi seitlich angesetzt und leicht runtergedrückt werden, damit das Plastik runtergeschoben werden kann. Danach lässt sich alles einfach anbringen.Das Schloss macht einen stabilen Eindruck, die Kette ist nicht ganz so schwer wie die der Konkurrenz, aber wirkt dennoch stabil.Der Schlüssel lässt sich nur im verschlossenen Zustand abziehen. Die dazugehörige Tasche passt gut unter meinen Sattel und scheint wasserabweisend zu sein. Reflektierende Streifen runden das ganze ab.Um den Stahlstift reibungslos schließen lassen zu können, muss der Schlüssel leicht gedreht werden. Das verhindert, dass ein möglicherweise auf dem Gepäckträger sitzendes Kind, es einfach zuschieben kann.Es werden zwei Schlüssel mitgeliefert.Die Kette ist nicht kompatibel mit den Rahmenschlössern der Konkurrenz.Optisch passt es sich dem Charakter eines MTB an.Wie alltagstauglich es sein wird, werde ich die nächste Zeit rausfinden müssen.
