    More useful for protecting floors from scuffs than for vibration reduction

    Pay close attention to the photos. The dimensions are clearly depicted, so there should be no surprises or complaints there. The thickness is also listed in the description, so being a thin 3mm shouldn’t be shocking either. However…It IS a reasonable assumption, given the description and the very nature of the item, that the mat SHOULD provide decent cushion and noise reduction when placed under the bike. After all, the description talks about the three layers of composite material and being able to “absorb and dampen vibrations” right? Well, it definitely doesn’t provide much of that. If noise and vibration reduction is your primary goal, spend elsewhere.I’d use this more for protecting your floors from marring/abrasion/scratches than for any kind of absorption or stability/noise benefits. If that’s mainly what you’re looking for and that specific function worth the price, then this does a decent job.

    Quality mats that function well for a good price

    These appear to be good quality mats that protect my floor and prevents the exercise bike from sliding around. They are reasonably priced and are easy to place under the bike.

    Good…not perfect.

    When we moved, we went from a carpeted floor to a wood floor for our workout room. This was great, except for our rowing machine (Concept 2). It slid like crazy. These pads fit really well under the front and back rower feet. It’s not perfect though. There’s still some slippage, and I do have to row more smoothly now where I didn’t have to think about it when the feet were on carpet. Still, I think this is a reasonable solution.

    Mats stop the machine sliding while in use.

    I have Sunny under desk exercise machine. Bought these mats to put under it as it was sliding every time I used it. Not any more. I put these mats down side by side under the machine and it stays put no matter how slow or fast I use the machine. Glad I found them. Reasonably priced and arrived packed well and on time.
