Nice quality foam sleeves
Not too long ago, I developed a rattle inside the frame of my bike. This product was easily slipped into the opening on my bike frame around the rattling brake cable and took care of it! Its a great product that fit the need I had. Highly recommend.

Internal routed cable housing
This is a must have product if you have internally routed gear cables on your bike. I have struggled in the past trying to feed cables through my frame, it can be a frustrating task. This cable housing means you only need to feed the housing through once, then just push the cable through each time you need to change the gear cable. The quality is superb and it performs it’s intended job very well. It saves many hours of frustration so it’s easily worth the asking price in my opinion. Initial installation can be a bit fiddly, but that is the nature of the beast. At least with this product, you only need to do it once for trouble free shifting for many years to come.

Sehr praktisch
Die serienmäßigen innenliegenden Züge meines Cube-Rennrads machen schon immer Geräusche auf unruihigen Stellen. Bislang habe ich aber nur unzureichend Abhilfe schaffen können, mangels guter Produkte für diesen Zweck. Der TorchPilot-Schlauch ist quasi ein geschäumter Minischlauch, durch den man die Züge führen kann und der quasi keine Geräusche, selbst bei empfindlichen Carbon, hinterläßt. Ich habe das nun erstmal verwendet, um nachträglich ein Kabel von meiner Lupine-Frontlampe durch den Rahmen und das Tretlager bis zur Sattelstütze zu ziehen, um den Akku darin unterzubringen. Wie erwartet, hört man davon nun dank dem Schlauch überhaupt nichts.Schwierig ist lediglich das Einführen des Schlauchs, da er nicht so einfach durch die Kabelauslässe im Rahmen einführbar ist (je nach Größe der Auslässe). Hier hilft wie abgebildet ein großzügiges Freilegen von anderen Rahmenöffnunngen (Steuersatz bzw Gabel entfernen) – bei mir habe ich von der Sattelstütze aus eingeführt.

Great Product
I got this product super quick and it worked great….my bike is so quiet now. I was too lazy to remove the cables, so i sliced the foam and fed it around the cables as I pushed it into the frame. I did all the cables in 20 minutes and now my bike doesn’t make a sound!

No Frills, Just Works!
In my opinion, the cable housing doesn’t need to be expensive or high-end—it just needs to keep the cable from rattling within the frame, and this housing does exactly that. It’s larger than the Jaguar cabling I used, making it easy to install. I would definitely buy it again, especially for its value for money.

Routing cables through a carbon MTB frame that I’m using for gravel. Installation was easy. Haven’t heard a thing. It’s really quiet in there.

Quiets rattles, light material, works for the most part
This sleeving weighs about 6.5 grams per foot (12 inches). It is a closed density foam. The O.D. is 12mm and I.D. is 6mm. This foam sleeve will remove the dreaded rattles with internal routing. I had trouble fitting it into the top tube of my Focus Cayo rim brake bike because the entry hole was small and it was tearing the sleeving. You will probably need a clear access to fit this sleeving. One downside to this sleeving is that cable housing is smaller than the sleeve, so it can potentially slide down out of position inside the frame unless you make it the full length of the cable housing. I think the price is average, but this stuff can be hard to find, so it evens out in value.
