Sort of a solution in search of a problem
At first glance, this seems like the solution to an occasional problem: scratching up the hoods and the mounts for lights, etc., on the handlebars of my road bike when I have to change a flat. After all, you have to stand the bike upside-down on the saddle and bar to get a wheel off, right? I always have to lay my light and computer off to one side to prevent damage, and the mounts still get scraped up anyway. This product should solve that, right? Well, maybe. For one thing, these ABS blocks are designed to fit nicely on a naked handlebar in the 29-34mm diameter range. Great, except my road bike bars are wrapped, and the wrapped diameter is considerably more than 34mm (more like 44mm — see image). They do fit fine on the naked flat bars; even the grips of my hybrid. They also weigh as much (119g) as a heavy-duty spare tube, which I’d rather carry than a couple of big chunks of plastic. That being said, I’ll keep then on the repair stand for tire changes in the shop, protecting the bars from the concrete floor. When it comes to flipping the bike for flat repairs while out on the road, I’ll stick to looking for a patch of grass. As always, your mileage may vary. Those whose bars aren’t wrapped will find the fit acceptable; those with e-powered rides won’t mind the extra weight. Your bike, your rules!

They work. Protect your bars and work on your bike upside down.
The Roioiow bike handlebar bracket is a handy tool for working on your bike upside down. Attachment is easy, and it even comes with backup bungees, which is thoughtful. The brand name might be the hardest to pronounce I’ve seen, but the product itself works perfectly. It holds handlebars securely, protecting them while giving access to the wheels and drivetrain. A simple, practical solution for maintenance and repairs without risking damage. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to flip their bike safely.
