Bad product design
There are two main things I don’t like about this bag. One is what everyone else has mentioned, that the straps are a bad design. It’s not just that they are long, as they can be cut. But the problem is the design itself. Why are there 2 straps? There is one long strap with the velcro and another strap with the fuzzy material the velcro sticks to. There should be 1 strap with the velcro on one side and the fuzz on the other, and the strap should wrap around the top tub, through a hoop/bracket attached on one side of the bag, then fold over onto itself. This would create the tightest and most secure fitting. The second problem is the extra material in the front that wraps around the stem. It’s open and would be like a parachute catching wind, the opposite of aero which this bag claims to be. I fixed this by taking the extra cut straps, glueing velcro patches to these flaps, pushing the flaps in and securing in place with the velcro. See the before and after pictures. We’ll see how it holds up.

Small volume, streamlined top bag for keys and snacks.
This is a small, streamlined bag that fits on your top tube. It has extra long Velcro straps that can fit around the widest tubes. The zipper has a big pull ring and slides easily. This would be good for a road bike to keep your snacks and small items. It’s not quite big enough for my iPhone but for snacks and keys it works fine.

It’s a small bag meant to fit on the front of your top tube. Why on earth does it need hook-and-loop straps that reach the down tube? I’ll cut the straps down, but unless I re-sew off the ends, they’ll start to unravel.I don’t trust the zipper. It looks fairly water resistant, which is nice, but it’s plastic and will likely give out within a year or two if I use it much.This is competing with options in the $15 range, so if they want to charge twice that, they need to justify the price somehow.

Unusably small with no structure to hold it open
Super tiny and it collapses so nearly no usable space. My iphone 16 pro (Not max) does not fit. Basically less usable space than the $10 bike bags sold on amazon. Literally keeping my $10 bag on my bike instead and its not about the price its literally better. Not even big enough for gloves, barely big enough for keys
