Works pretty good with adjustments
I tried to use this bike rack by itself, but it gets pretty windy here in the desert and it kept blowing over even with the weight of the bike on it. So I bought some 1/2” universal loop stakes (which fitted the frame perfectly) and secured it through the turf. It’s gotten windy since then but hasn’t fallen over at all since then.

It works great
I wasn’t exactly clear on what I was getting. It came in a small box and I had to put it together. That was easy enough. then I put it on my porch and put the bike in it. You just roll over the smaller wire and it guides you into the parking position. Very neat. It was a good purchase

Good bike stand
Good, not exactly great but good. Assembly is easy enough and it’s sturdy. Because it’s wide to accomodate wide tires, you have make sure the bike is more or less perpendicular to the rack and not leaning to either side, or it will want to tip over. But if its in the rack straight, it’ll stand up just fine.

It’s shaped like a bike stand but doesn’t actually work.
Let me list all the issues with this stand:1) For such a simple assembly the instructions are frustratingly convoluted. It’s easier to just look up product photos.2) Rubber feet produce a strong noxious smell and are a sticky to the touch.3) The head on one of the bolts was cracked.4) Weld on the swing arm was misaligned.5) Plastic brackets don’t fit properly and have to be stretched to the point of breaking.5) Barely supports the weight of a 31lbs mountain bike with 29″ wheels.6) The stand doesn’t hold my 2.6″ tires securely, which means the bike leans more than it should, stressing the stand.7) It’s fairly obvious that the frame wont retain its shape without constant maintenance. Given the issues above it’s inevitable that it won’t keep my bike standing for very long.7) Some loose bit of metal was rattling around in the main hoop.I tend to be forgiving about inexpensive products like these, but this one is just terrible.

Poorly made
It’s a good idea, but it is manufactured terribly. Nothing really lines up and the parts are cheap. I’m not sure how long it will hold up.

Simple & works great
I use this stand to back the rear wheel of my mountain bike for transport in the back my pickup truck which has a camper shell. Since I have a low ceiling I remove the front wheel and use a fork mount with a movable base. Without this rear bike stand the front fork mount and base would move since it’s not permanently mounted to the floor of the truck but in conjunction with the rear stand the two work excellent together. They both can be removed if I don’t need them. The added bonus is I have a bike stand I can take out of my truck and use for washing or working on my bike anywhere. This stand is simple & effective.

Does what it is supposed to do!
I mounted this inside my van when I transport my bike which is almost all of the time. Before I bought this I had to climb in behind the bike while holding it, always a pain. Once I put it in, I could just roll my bike into the van and or out of the van. Now my van is a 1997 and it’s bumpy. So I use elastic bands to keep the bike in place while I’m driving. The Bike Stand, is a real relief. I leave it in the van full-time unless I have to all other cargo that requires more room. Easy peasy. I love this thing!
