Missing tools
Screw too long to fit my bike due to the fender attached to the back of my bike. Still haven’t screwed the basket onto my bike because of this. And the screw is loose. Also missing 2 tools

Top heavy but decent attachment
This is a decent bike basket that worked great for an evening picnic in the park. The sturdy metal frame is easy to assemble, although the included lock washers are never mentioned in the instructions but thankfully my husband knew what they were for. The thin wrenches are also functional but only just. We assembled with power tools to make it easier and just used the wrench to prevent the bars from spinning as we tightened them down.The rack can be used with or without the cooler insert, which is great functionality. It is composed of a thick nylon material and lined with reflective insulation. It has great storage capacity and could hold a dozen cans easily. The cooler attaches very quickly via velcro loops that stayed fast over our 12mile bike ride. Of note only the loops on the narrower ends have reflective material built in. Due to the size of our bike rack we mounted it perpendicular to the seat, meaning there were no reflectors on the back. It also gets top heavy very quickly once loaded up and made me grateful it was on my husband’s bike rather than my own.I love that the set includes an elastic raincoat, which pops over the entire rack with ease. The biggest detractor and why I deducted a star is the listing did not make it super clear that your bike must already have a rack in place to attach this basket to. Thankfully we had one lying around but when I selected this item I thought it was an all inclusive kit given the cost. Our Schwinn rack also was not compatible due to the thickness of the center bar. We ended up pinching the slot bars around a single bar and zip tying the other side to keep it secured.
