Great replacement for my spin bike
Perfect idea of a pedal. I wanted to go back to the cage pedal until my knee felt better. I was not sure if it was the cleat pedal causing my problem. I called bike shops to see if they had a pedal with both clips and cage in one. I was told by one person that he never heard of that before it but sounded like a good idea. I finally went on amazon and this product came up. Clip on’s on one side, and cage on the other. Excellent product! My husband uses the clips and I can use the cages. I just did not want to have to change out the pedals each time we had workouts. I bought pedal grease, took off old pedals, adjusted the tightness on the clips on these new pedals. ( other reviews say the pedal is hard to clip in the very first few times) and put grease on the spindle then screwed this new pedal on. I clipped on my shoes to try it out and no problems here. I guess some people did not read the paper that was included about the adjustment that could be made on the tension the clips. So happy!!! Two options to ride and only one set of pedals. Perfection!!!

Perfect for our Peloton!
I purchased these bike pedals, because I just purchase a Peloton and didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars for shoes for my fiance and I. When I first tried Peloton it was at my local gym and they all had these pedal cages so everyone can use. I assumed when I ordered mine that the cages would be the same ones as the ones used in the gym. Boy was I wrong, they suck! I found these from a recommendation through a Peloton group on Fbook and these are almost exactly the same as the one used in the gyms. They’re comfortable, easy to install, and easy to adjust for anyone to use. They’re also much cheaper and feel sturdier than the Peloton version. Very happy with my purchase and will recommend it to anyone.

Great for Peloton
I bought these when I got my Peloton bike. They are easy to install and work great. I wanted shoe cages so my wife could ride without using bike shoes. I originally ordered the shoe cages from Peloton and their shoes for me. The phone rep said the shoe cages were easy to put on and off. Let me save you some time– the Peloton shoe cages are impossible to put on and off. Don’t even bother. Just replace the pedals with these. Makes your life much easier. I bough Shimano shoes to use with these and my wife is using sneakers.

Peloton original doesn’t work
Peloton is a good bike and our whole families use it every day, a very good investment.But its pedals coming with the bike are not good. First, this is an indoor bike, used by whole family and therefore needs the petals to be for both cleats and regular shoes. Secondly, for indoor bike, the shoes have to be Shimano SPD Compatible Cleat, avoid scratching and damaging the floor.Peloton comes with an outdoor road bike Delta pedals. You don’t want to wear the Delta bike shoes walking around your hard wood floor. Your wife will be mad at you. I have to purchase the Shimano SPD Compatible separately.

I got these for my Peloton, so I could use my SPD Spin shoes or if someone wanted to ride with just sneakers, they didn’t have to get the “Peloton” brand shoes. Super simple to install, needed to loosen the tension just a bit, but overall simple instructions to follow and seems to be good quality. I would have liked to have seen them be a bit cheaper (just like everything else), but happy with my purchase.

I bought these pedals for the Echelon Connect Bike and it is amazing! I have the nike SuperRep cycle shoes and they work great with them! The bonus to them is the other side does not require spin shoes so my husband can use them with his regular workout shoes as well!

We ordered pedals with cages with the Peloton. Those came and snapped on the existing pedals. They were loose and noisy. These pedals, on the other hand, are perfect if you want to wear running shoes or sneakers. They get the job done, a quiet and easy to get your feet in and out. I highly recommend.

great pedals for spinning
I did a little research on “the best dual pedals for spinning bikes” and this one was ranked up there. I love spinning and of course with the pandemic, my gym closed down for months. I invested in a spinning bike and pedals, and these worked great. i can get in/out pretty easy with my spd shoes. My husband who is not a spinner but a mountain biker doesn’t have spd shoes, who is 6’1″ and 220 pounds can pedal with these.

Good buy
Replaced the caged pedals on my spin bike with these combo SPD/caged pedals. So far so good. I am new to clipping in so it took me a lot of trial and error to figure it out. I also had to adjust the tension as it was very hard for me to clip in initially even when stepping down hard. Very easy to change out the pedals in the bike as well. So far I really like the clipped in feel of the bike but I also like the option of the caged pedals if my husband would like to use the bike.

Crunch and Grind
There are not too many of this type of pedal to choose from and I thought well it’s a brand name and looks to be reasonable build quality. This is not getting hammered as only my wife and I use these and neither of us are especially large people.Within days of use one of the pedal started clicking and now both feel lumpy and when you’re out the saddle sprinting the left pedal make a loud clunk.For the money seriously disappointing and only 6 weeks old. As soon as I can be bothered these will be going back.

A good choice for my indoor exercise bike.
This is an easy to install pedal that includes a clip for bike shoes. There are cleats included that you can install on your shoe if needed. It fits on my Echelon Connect bike.
