    Decent levers with smooth operation

    First, since there are several different models depicted in the listing’s photos currently, I’ll tell you that the pair I received looked most like the photo currently shown in the fifth photo — with a slotted cutout in the handle. The brakes seem to be well constructed and have a nice finish. The operation mechanism is smooth, and has a much better feel to it than the other brake levers I have of this type. They installed easily on my commuter bike, including installation of new brake cables (purchased separately). Paired these with some Kool-Stop salmon pads and I’ve been enjoying confident, quiet braking, even with a heavy commuter bike and full panniers on some hilly roads of New England. I would recommend these brake levers.

    Decent brake levers. All aluminum, no plastic. Held up well compared the cheap Walmart plastic levers. Installed it on my son’s bike and held up well. And he’s dropped the bike a few times already. Easy to install and adjust.

    Great hand brake lever replacement

    Child’s plastic hand brake broke. This was an easy replacement and operatesmore smoothly to boot. In addition it appears to be more substantially built.
