Backpack or bike bag? It's both! The Cycle 20 is the ideal companion for bike commuters who want a secure bag attachment during the ride, but also want to carry the bag as a backpack on the train, bus or on campus. The bag attaches to your gear rack with QMR hooks (e.g. TSA lock, not included) that can be locked and can be converted to a backpack in a breeze. Just open the two vertical zips and the entire system can be stowed away in a compartment with hook and loop closure. A sewn in, easily removable label explains how to convert the bag in just a few steps. But this smart backpack-bike bag combination offers even more. In the large main compartment there's room for DIN A4 documents, a mesh organizer with zip for small items helps keep things tidy. A separate padded compartment with zip closure accommodates laptops up to 15.6". There's a flat mesh pocket for quick storage of magazines or wet clothes at the front. A helmet holder and reflective elements attractively integrated into the design round off the bag's convenient features. The primary material of the Cycle consists of 50% recycled polyester, the contrast material is 100% recycled. Our quick-change artist features a PFC-free water-repellent treatment, Eco Finish. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

    Ich habe die Hybrid-Tasche jetzt seit 4 Monaten (tägliches Pendeln 16 km mit dem Rad ins Büro) in Benutzung und kann sie empfehlen. Die Lieferung kam schnell, die Verpackung war ungeöffnet. Der Umbau von Fahrradtasche zum Rucksack ist am Anfang etwas hakelig (verstauen und anbringen der Gepäckträgeraufnahme), mit einiger Übung klappt das aber. Die Anbringung am Gepäckträger (normaler Racktime) funktioniert mittels der oberen Aufnahmen gut, die Tasche wird unten per Klettverschluss gesichert und verhindert ein Pendeln am Gepäckträger. Der Tragekomfort als Rucksack ist für eine Hybridtasche aus meiner Sicht hervorragend. Die Aufteilung in der Haupttasche ist mittels kleiner und mittelgroßer Fächer für Kugelschreiber, USB-Sticks, Brillenetui etc. durchdacht. Besonders gefällt mir das “eigene” Laptopfach welches per Reissverschluss separat von oben zu öffnen ist. Das Regencover ist bei Vaude ja Standard und erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut. Bei einer Regenfahrt ohne Regencover blieb die Tasche innen jedoch auch trocken, obwohl die Außenhaut ziemlich durchnässt war. Einziges kleines Manko ist die mangelnde Standfestigkeit, die Tasche rutscht – an die Wand gelehnt – oft weg…aber das ist mir egal, deshalb auch kein Abzug in der Bewertung. Klare Empfehlung.

    Good points:1. The internal partitions are well made and thought through.2. The back stays on the bike very well and hardly has any flex or movement.Areas to improve:1. The back straps are very thin, poorly padded, and tough to carry.2. The bike fitting layer is very hard to push in and out. It gets stuck and doesn’t move very easily. It takes a long time to change it.3. There is no carry handle when set in bicycle mode!4. Water pouch is in the front and not on the side…

    Tolle Fahrradtasche, erwartungsgemäße Vaude Qualität

    Tolle Tasche bei hochwertiger Vaude Qualität. Tasche lässt sich super und sicher am Fahrrad befestigen. Die Tragriemen sind in einem externen Fach untergebracht, die sich schnell rausholen lassen und somit steht der Benutzung als Rucksack nichts entgegen! Lieferung alles bestens. Einzig der hohe Preis ist als Minuspunkt zu werten. Man bekommt aber viel Qualität für sein Geld. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

    Manipulations compliquées

    Le sac à dos est confortable, l’intérieur est bien conçu et pratique.Par contre, le système de fixation n’est pas pratique pour fixer la sacoche au porte bagage, il faut appuyer fort et les clips ne se font pas toujours du premier coup.Ensuite, le passage à sac à dos à sacoche est compliqué, on a l’impression de casser le système de fixation en le tordant pour le sortir de l’emplacement de rangement.Pas assez pratique pour un usage quotidien à mon sens.
