Crank arm mount hole…
On the tapered Bot.Brac. the square main B.B. crank arm inside mount square hole there is too much gap in the length wise….

Replacement for the factory crank set.
Got this to replace the factory crank set, wanted to go to a bigger chain ring ( sproket), took a little work to get the factory riveted set off. Now as I pedal it takes a little effort, instead of ghost peddling in level 3,much better than before…. went from a 42 tooth sproket to a 48 tooth, I also have a 52 tooth on hand, for when my legs get used to working the pedals.

Solid crankset
I bought this to replace an old triple crank on my 1000c Trek road bike that I use with an indoor trainer. The cranks are really solid and it shifts good.

Quality rivals expensive brands, replaceable rings.
Great quality, replaceable rings. Why pay more?

My bike has never been in such good condition since I installed this solid crankset on it. I will definitely buy it again

It fits but, it doesn’t fit (older Shimano MTN crankset replacement)
I began installing this CDHpower crankset on an old Diamondback MTN bike (replacing a Shimano EXAGE FC-M500).All went well until I couldn’t get the front derailleur to open wide enough to reach the outer chainring (even with stop-screws extracted). It was only by removing the new crankset and comparing that to the old one, that I saw the problem: the crank arm inner face is flush with the inner chain ring on the new one – it’s recessed about 3/8th inch on the Shimano. I hadn’t heard of this being an issue before. They both fit fine on the square spindle. There’s nothing in the details that mention this recess or lack thereof, being part of the fitment. I couldn’t find any mention of this issue online (I guess they assume ALL bikes now use this standard – yet some show a recess). There’s plenty of commentary on crank arm length and offset (another metric), but not this recess. The only thing I can go by now are the pictures in the ads (if they show the inside perspective). I ordered another set which appears to have that recess. This is very disappointing, as this crankset looks to be a good quality at a good price. There’s just no way to adjust it to fit.

How is this sold as new?
Came scratched and pitted. Clearly not high quality.
