Perfect quick fix
Once again, Topeak nails it. This tool is tiny, yes tiny. Fits perfectly in the webbing of a small saddle bag and its full metal construction is strong enough to provide some serious torque without feeling like you’re going to snap the tool. You may want to pick up the 6mm to 8mm adapter from Topeak to carry, in case your pedals have an 8mm hex. Just a small cap that goes on the end of the 6mm key.

simple and light!
Light and simple. vanishes in pocket, which makes this an easy carry tool. It might be lacking, compared to other multitools.As I also have the Mini 18+ which is 185g, however with the mini 6 only being 73g it becomes a much desirable pocket carry multitool.I have had zero issues with either tool, Topeak makes high quality stuff.Where the mini 18+ comes with a neoprene pouch with a belt loop, the mini 6 does not. However the Mini 6 does come with a ring that can easily be attached to a key ring. Of the simplest of multitools, I think the mini 6 is the best!

Handy and small
very useful and small enough to put anywhere on the bike. All of my bikes have a patch kit and multi tool under the seat so i don’t have to keep swapping these from one bike to the next. It is very small, light and has pretty much everything you need for a short ride near home. Priced right so buying several wasn’t too much of a burden. Highly recommend

Thoughtfully made and high quality
I tried to avoid buying this. I thought it would be just as easy to carry a few loose Allen keys in my pack. But I just couldn’t resist a new shiny, and I’m glad I didn’t.You know that small, subtle pleasure you get from things that are really well made? That’s how I feel when I hold this. It’s got every size I need and none I don’t (yes, there’s no chain tool. I don’t ride that hard and realistically don’t know how to fix a chain myself anyway (yet)). I tested it out by adjusting my brakes (they needed it anyway, I don’t just mess with my brakes for fun), which need the most different sizes, and everything was covered. Small enough to fit into most spaces and tight on the handle so you can get really good torque. It doesn’t come with a case but I found a suitable one lying around from another item. So far the only bad thing about this is trying to resist the urge to use it around the house and not save it for the trail.Do you NEED this? Probably not, if you have other Allen keys that will do the job in a less well-made package. But if you’re looking for an ultra-compact easy way to carry these necessary tools on the bike (or really anywhere, I suppose), then this is a worthy option.

Useful out of the box!!
I can’t even count the times I have been missing a key from a set or don’t have allen wrenches with me! I have them at home, at work, but never on or near me when I need them. When this arrived I had also order a folding set from Amazon of another brand and one of they keys wasn’t even through the bolt that holds it all together, and guess what head was on that bolt!?!?! Immediately it was put to work and it performed like a champ. It had already fulfilled its purpose before I threw away the box. I highly recommend this for everyone who has ever been in a pinch, no need to have a bike at all, just a great tool.

Great tool, but not corrosion resistant
If you have to use a multitool during a ride, you’re not having a good ride. As such, no tool will make the event more pleasant. The Topeak Mini 6 is great for what it is: light, small, and all the tools you’ll need. Sure, it doesn’t have tire levers or a chain tool, but the latter is really not needed. (I’ve never needed a chain tool during a ride so I see no need to carry a bigger, heavier tool to have something I won’t use.) Usually small tools use metal tire levers. Those will damage your rims. The small plastic tire levers usually break easily (see Topeak Hexus). I like using the Mini 6 with regular Park tire levers. My one gripe is that the materials are not corrosion resistant. I’ve been through two Mini 6 tools already, and the bolts that hold it together end up rusting. The tools and frame are fine, just the bolts rust. Maybe they should offer a $20 version with titanium bolts to make it even lighter…

Great Little Tool for Small Projects on the Go
This is small enough where it can easily fit in a travel backpack or even a pocket, but has quite a few useful tools. I primarily bought it to through in bike bag, but have since traveled with it because its just so easy to throw in my backpack.No issues with it so far, its worked for whatever I’ve needed.

almost perfect- but make sure you don’t need a 2.5mm allen
I have this AND this Topeak Mini 9.The only difference between the two is that this is a little smaller, 19g lighter, and lacks a 2.5mm and 8mm allen. I hate the 8mm allen on the 9 because it falls off and I never use it for anything. So with that off, the difference is really only about 10g. For that 10g and a tiny bit of size, you get a 2.5mm, which is used on some small things like bike bells, etc.Bottom line, if you need the 2.5 (or the 8), get the Topeak Mini 9, which is fantastic. If you don’t, get this, which is a little smaller. Both are great. They’re not the easiest to use, just because they’re so tiny, but that’s what you get with a small, light portable tool.

Really useful EDC hex package
I lost a similar hex key driver package that I had for my bike and video equipment handling. This replaced it perfectly, just as compact and sturdy, and not costing an arm and a leg. Definitely recommended.
