I’m amazed at what I can strap on to my bike with this. My husband worries just how much more I might buy and carry home. He thought I couldn’t carry that much in just my Topeak bike bag with the stuff I have in it! I never leave home on my bike without it!

Maybe you won’t always need it, but when you do, its a life saver
I ride a bike often and end up buying more than I expected to. Other times I just need to carry more than a bike normally can fit. I have a bike rack and a pannier system. But with this simple tool, I can nearly double what I carry, and carry things no one would ever thing were reasonable with a simple bicycle. A few weeks ago my car was in the shop and I ran out of dog food. I rode to the store and bought a huge bag, more than 20lbs and put in on the bike with this cargo net. I rode carefully of course, and I bet it wiggled a bit, but mission accomplished, big strapping object you would never expect to see on a bike came home with no worries and I didn’t have to feed the pup my dinner just to make him happy!

Works an a less expensive alternative to the Yakima net for their cargo boxes. Also, works as a cargo net against the back of my seatback on my Passat wagon. It stretches just enough for the lower hooks (approx. 40″). To give it a little slack, a pair of cheapo spring clamps from the hardware store completes it (not pictured).
