Works well but needs modification
Works well once wiring issue has been resolved. Fitted it on my mx350.It requires a bit of fiddling to get the wiring right, watch the videos on the review page to get an idea of what to do.You’ll need to use some of the old plugs as a couple require changing as are incorrect for the bike. Polarity wrong on charging circuit. All easy fixes.You also need to make a plate to fix it in the original position as the mounting holes are in the wrong place too.Apart from that it’s great to have more throttle control and a battery indicator. Kids love the key switch too.

Read this if you’re running the bike off a dewalt battery or equivalent.
Like others have said, there’s no directions and you have to change some connectors. I used this on a razor mx150 and bumped it up to a 24v motor. The biggest problem I ran into that took me forever to diagnose is that if you’re running the bike off a 20v Dewalt battery like I am you need a transformer to bump it up to 24v or this will not work. With everything wired correctly I would turn the key and just get a low battery light, zero voltage to the motor.

Great upgrade
This controller works! Just need to make sure you connect the wires as the video in another review shows. Don’t forget to connect the battery wires properly so that you don’t short anything out.

This requires significant DIY work to be compatible with the MX350
Do not buy this unless you are handy and willing to make several modifications, this is NOT plug and play for the OEM controller.Several of the plugs do not match the existing wiring harness and you will either need to remove the connection pins and plugs from the old harness, or directly crimp wires together to make this work.The main battery plug is a different connector.The motor plug is in reverse polarity.The charge port is in reverse polarity.The brake connector is a different connector.Two additional controller plugs are not needed or used (brake light and something else).The existing power switch will not be used.If your bike has a speed selector, it is not compatible with this controller.All of that being said, once you get past all of the wiring issues, the variable speed throttle works very well and is responsive, and the battery readout is nifty. A bit annoying to need to have a key for it as well, but it works.

Very bad wiring. Very dangerous.
Controller wiring is mislabeled. I had everything wired up and working. After about 5 minutes the throttle stopped pushing power to the motor. I had to work to find the right connection for it to light up and function before I could use it.. The battery level showed mostly full. I attempted to charge the batteries through the controller. The bad wiring caused the charger to backfeed into itself and blewup the charger. Literally blew up the charger.This product is dangerous.How do I give zero stars? Instead of stars I give this product 5 red X’s.

Yes, works for the mx350.
It took two tries, but this works great! My son now has variable speed on his MX 350 with this kit. You have to swap a connector or two around, and some colors won’t match but watch the video in another review and you’ll be fine.Be careful the charge connector positive and negative are swapped and I burnt out the controller the first time I tried. You havw to swap those. Mostly plug-n-play but if you haven’t done wiring and don’t know the difference between positive negative I wouldn’t attempt this.Yes, this works.
