Average stopping power but NOISY
I have about 10 hours on these pads on my road bike riding in dry and moderately hilly areas. The stopping power is fine but they are EXTREMELY NOISY and squeal while stopping at any speed. As a cyclist who rides about 5,000-6,000 miles per year, I do NOT recommend these at all.

Nice replacement disk brake pads.
They make fantastic pads but may require some sanding down with certain Shimano Ultegra disc brake systems due to thickness

Achetés en remplacement des plaquettes Shimano L03a et K03s. Bien meilleures sensations de freinage une fois installés (et après semi purge des freins). À voir dans le temps mais la surface de freinage étant plus épaisse que sur les Shimano, je pense qu’ils dureront aussi longtemps.

Good stopping power, very quiet. The ordinal Shimao pads were squeeling terribly, replaced them with the SwissStop and they are performing perfectly.

Wow! Turned my banshee of a road bike into a silent ride
My bike, a 2019 Cervelo S5, came with Shimano Ultegra disc brakes and for years I struggled with screaming brakes. Especially on the front. I had tried numerous things to fix the issue including replacing the pads and rotors, cleaning, re-bedding them, etc. Eventually I just gave up.Recently I needed some new brake pads and I decided, on a whim, to try Swissstop. Wow! No more noise, just silent powerful braking in wet, dry, muddy, doesn’t matter. I would buy them for twice the price – very good product.

It’s decent, but didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve had great experiences with SwissStop products before, so I was hoping for similar performance, but it didn’t stand out.Also, exercise caution when installing or removing the Allen key bolt; the metal used is soft and can strip if overtightened.

Perfect Fit and Function
Nobody had in stock the Shimano OEM pads for my Ultegra R8000 hydraulic disc brakes (road) so I got these instead. I’ve got about 100 miles on them so far and they’re at least as good as OEM in terms of grip, modulation and noise. My only concern is whether the pad friction material has any physical connection to the backplate, or is it just glued. The OEM pads have a mechanical connection as well as being glued.

Swissstop 34rs
If there was 2 words it could use, it would be ” ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT” .I had been using shimano Ko5s for many years and didn’t have any problems with noise until recently. It didn’t matter what I did with the brakes and how spotlessly I cleaned both the pads and the disc, I could not stop them from squeaking ,in fact they got louder. so much so that it was getting embarrassing to use the bike and had to revert back to my old rim brake road bike. After reading about swissstop pads, I thought they might be worth trying even if they are a bit pricy. I soon as I put them in , there was NO squeak whatsoever. There is also a cheaper version called swissstop 34e which I’m trying on my front wheel and they are as quiet as 34rs. Have riden a few 100 miles ,the braking seems to be a lot better and NO squeak at all. Well worth the money. Its a joy to ride my canondale disc brake bike again.

Poor packing
I know SwissStop to be a great product. Shipping was quick….packing not so much. I opened the Amazon bubble wrap bag and everything fell out of the bag. Not a deal breaker, but shows how they handle your goodies.
