    Envelope was empty!

    I ordered this item even though the picture in the description is wrong because I trust(ed) SRAM. The picture shows 2 identical pulleys (both 12 tooth) when the description say these are for a 12-speed Eagle rear derailleur, which has one 12-tooth pulley and a bigger, 14-tooth one.To make things worse, the envelope came EMPTY!This screwed up a very special ride I had planned for this weekend. I’m very disappointed.

    Great replacement jockey wheels

    I replaced the jockey wheels on my Eagle XO derailleur after they cracked. These were perfect replacements.

    Sent them back. Looks nothing like my eagle xx1 jockey wheels I wanted to replace. Mine are two different size wheels. Bigger one at the bottom. These were two small ones.
