    It’s a SRAM drivetrain component, is there any rating other than 5 star?

    Wouldn’t work for me

    I have a circa 2014/2015 Nashbar CF Cyclocross bike frame. It’s supposed to be the same as the Fuji CF CX bike. Installed a Sram Rival 1 GXP (24mm/22mm spindle) crankset and this -6mm offset chainring. The chainring has a circular raised ring on the inside around the DM (direct mount) spline/bolt area. This raised ring interfered with the frame surrounding the BB (bottom bracket) shell. It made contact with the frame before the cranks were torqued all the way. It won’t work. It doesn’t fit, even though the BB86 pressfit (for GXP) bearing is a new Sram piece, the crankset is a new Sram piece, and this chainring is a Sram piece. I’ll have to get an Absolute Black or Wolf Tooth chainring now. A shame as I was looking forward to having all Sram bits and was hoping there is some nice benefit to the interesting tooth profile of the X-Sync 2.Update: I ordered an Absolute Black chainring and the shop put it on for me. No problem.
