    Perfect for what I needed it for

    I was doing a vintage conversion to new stuff and couldn’t fit my front brake through the fork, this completely eliminated that problem, also came with some nice grip washers

    This worked great on my 90s-era Specialized Sirrus. 12mm for rear, 14mm for front. Even though it says SRAM, it fits Shimano, too.

    These nuts are typically used to attach the brake calipers to the top of the fork. It appears to be a standardized size because I used them to attach Shimano hardware adequately.

    Definitely a problem solver if you are installing brakes on a bike frame because the depth of the mounting hole is wildly variable between bikes. It’s so frustrating to have your build stopped for the lack of the appropriate one of these nuts.

    These are a life saver. Old brake washers were worn out and brakes kept moving. With these new washers, was able to grip the frame and stopped the brakes from shifting. Also the different size caliper nuts were useful when changing brake to a different bike.
