Very happy with this bike pump replacement head
I used it on a Birzman pump. This head on that wouldn’t work with a smooth presta valve only one with threads. Supposed to push down on the Birzman but it was so bad my whole tire went flat.The SKS pump head (a quality brand I love from Germany) was a little tricky to fit into the hose. I had to put the hose into a vise and then put a little bike lube in the SKS end and pushed straight down and it fit like a champ. The birzman hose is smaller than an SKS hose but it doesn’t matter. No leaks and puts out a great amount of air and clamps to my smooth presta valve. No more losing air. A great value pump head that works. Remember the head is open when the orange handle is out (or up position) and locked for pumping in the pressed down position.

How to replace the head unit on my previous floor pump
This was a great replacement for my floor pump head that got damaged. I didn’t wanna have to buy a whole new pump. This works well all the connections were easy. The quality seems very good no issues. Very happy with this purchase. Do not hesitate. If you are just trying to replace a damaged head of your floor pump Can do both Types of valve heads for your bicycles

This fit my pump perfectly (Specialized Air Tool Sport; 326cc).It feels high-quality and was easy to install–I just cut the old, broken pump head off (make sure to get a clean, square cut through the hose) and installed this pump head instead.It works great on the presta valves on my road bike and has no trouble at all holding a seal up to the 120 or so PSI required(I assume it works great on schrader valves, too, just no chance to try them yet)

Best unit I’ve tried
I’ve used a few different pumps in the more than 30 years I’ve been riding, and I’m very pleased with these. They were an easy swap and perfect fit for both my newish Planet Bike STX pump and my ancient Blackburn pump. The seal is tight and connection is secure and easy; I much prefer the locking motion of this pump head as much more natural than lifting a lever up. My plan is to install these on every pump I buy from now on.

Does the job, reviving an old track pump.
Easy to fit, better quality than the one that came with the pump. Works well and seals well with presto valves (have yet to use it with Schraeder ones). Has revived a much loved track pump for very little outlay. V happy.

I am on my third one of these. I have a “Tubliss” setup in my dirt bike which means a very high pressure “tube” (100PSI plus) inside the tire in place of a traditional tube. So, these get a lot of use as I have to set and maintain air pressure in the Tubliss bladder and in the tires with my little Ryobi air compressor. Therefore, I tend to wear out the pump heads. I am on my third one of these because they are better than alternatives I have tried and also have the ability to do my mountain bike tires with the presta option. It would be five stars if I didn’t wear them out to the point that they pop off at high pressure about every other season.

Decent pump head
Fit my Hurricane pump hose as it should. Seems decent, works on Presta’s fine and expect Schrader portion will work too. Would buy again.

My Pump is New Again
I could no longer obtain a good seal from my old bike pump head. Since I have bikes which use both types of valves, Presta and Schraeder, this item looked like a good solution. I simply cut the hose just below my old pump head valve and replaced it with this one. Now I can use my pump again. The pump head is easy to use and get a good seal when pumping.

Works great
I took a chance because I needed to replace a faulty head on my Bontrager Dual Charger pump and the SKS description didn’t specifically say it would work with other pumps. I gambled that most pumps use the same diameter tubing. It took all of 30 seconds to install and I used it to pump up my tires to around 90 psi (after I deflated them completely). It works perfectly, no leaks, etc. It’s well made and actually manufactured in Germany. Most refreshing: It came with a note that gives an actual phone number in Illinois (and business hours) along with an email address in case of problems. So for $15 I fixed a $75 pump that has known issues with the head.
