Super thin aluminum and well machined but lacks holding power
A small and beautifully made clamp that sadly didn’t hold the seat securely. My bike frame is aluminum along with the seat post. This clamp is tiny and allows the post to slip even when torqued completely closed.For my setup I’ve gone with a different and much larger clamp which does hold.If you need a lightweight minimalist seat clamp with low holding force then this clamp may be for you.

Very thin and light
Slightly worried that it’s a bit too flimsy, but should hold out because all the stress is through pulling/tension. I’m fairly light so not worried about slipping seat too much. Would be better if it were more robust and thicker metal. I found a very sturdy version at MEC but it was too small. This one fit really well and was very easy to install. Also price was good.
