Very beefy and big
These were huge and durable. Are they going to keep your scooter from being stolen? Probably. These are very solid feeling, and impressive. They are unfortunately oppressive as well. I would never know where to keep it when I am not having my scooter locked.

Robust cable lock
When my kids saw this, they thought I had gotten handcuffs! And wicked strong ones, at that. This bike lock is robust, built of heavy, strong materials. It’s a very different design than the U locks. You’ll want to lock one end to the frame, run the cable through the front wheel (if it is a bike with a quick release), and lock the other end to something solid, like a bike rack. This will certainly deter the average thief. It is easy to change the combination to whatever 4-digit code you want, by sliding the “reset” button on the back to the reset position. You still have to remember your code. There isn’t any way to change the code unless you know the previous code you set. “Reset” doesn’t do a factory reset or anything like that, just lets you set a new code.

HUGE but feels quality
I originally got this scooter lock thinking my 7-year-old could use it for school, but it’s way too big and heavy for that. The lock itself is about the size of my palm but weighs about as much as a toddler… JK but still it’s heavy. Maybe 8lbs? That said, it does feel incredibly sturdy and secure, and each lock has its own combination. Definitely not practical for kids to carry around or attach to a scooter, but it would be a great choice for adults who need something solid and don’t mind the extra weight.

Scooter Lock Anti Theft, 36.6” Bike LockOrdered this review item for my 2 portable generators. This lock is perfect to tie them together and the chain runs through part of the cover construction. These handcuff locks are very versatile in their use and will provide many ways to lock a movable item to a stationairy item.The locks look very sturdy and the hardened chain will resist many abuses before giving in.The cuffs itself are also very sturdy and the 4 digits code on both sides can be set individually. The reset option can only be set if you know the orrigional code. The code can be reset multiple times if desired. The rubber cover on the cuffs and the nylon sleeve over the chain take care of possible damage to the frame of your bike.I am happy with this purchase!
