Broke within 2 months, emailed them, no word. Update: send me new one, which is holding up so far
The piece the Velcro strap goes thru ripped under light usage. Filled out contact me form, no reply after 24 hours. Amazon refers you to their website for support, but on their website it says if you bought in on Amazon you have to go thru them. Filled out contact form anyway, no reply.UPDATE: They sent me a knew one, and that one just broke as well, I give up.

Straps broke after 3 months / Can’t attach to bike anymore
I’ve had this bag for 3 months. I was happy with it until today. One of the primary straps that holds the bag from its underside to my bike rack broke off of the bag making it essentially useless because it can no longer be properly secured to my bike. When I tried their company support page the contact info says if it was purchased from Amazon they won’t reply and I should deal with Amazon support, which is non existent. So disappointed.

Outstanding bag.
A lot of thought went in to the design of this bag. It fits my needs perfectly. It sits on the back of my Radpower hike that I take into the woods for wildlife photography. With the expandable option, i can actually get my Nikon Z8 and 500mm lens in the top compartment. The rain cover is large enough to cover the bag AND the bike seat. The drop down panniers, while smaller, are big enough to carry what I need them to on the rare occasion I they are needed.Quality construction at a great price. Buy it!

Too small and no shoulder strap
The bag appeared to be well built with good stitching and construction, but was just too small for my needs. Essentially it was an oversized saddle bag in my opinion. Also, there were no separator dividers included in spite of the ad stating they were part of the package. The other thing was there was no shoulder strap, which is a must have for me. Handles are good, but cumbersome for walking long distances.

Very good product that fixes my needs.
A fantastic product, so much so, I purchased another for my wife’s bike. I’m an older person and I do not enjoy driving. This carry-all works great for supermarket stops. With the optional saddlebags down, the item will manage 1-1 1/2 shopping bags of groceries. Love it.

nice bag not as long as indicated
a good sized bag, I like the expanding bellows top and the opening is nice and flexible to get lots of stuff inside. the straps are very secure.zipper covers are kind of a nuisance and really aren’t much of a help and the water bottle holder is too small for a standard water bottle. at least the standard water bottle I have. The panniers are nice. beware. the main section of the bag is not 15 in as indicated in the pictures.

Great extra storage for longer rides
This bag has been really useful on the bike. It holds a surprising amount without feeling huge, and I like having a dedicated place for the things we want with us on longer rides. There are enough compartments to keep everything from becoming one big mess, and it feels sturdy once it’s attached to the rear rack. I also like that it can expand when you need a little more room, which is nice if you’re carrying an extra layer, snacks, tools, or other gear. It’s not the most lightweight bag, but I actually prefer that because it feels durable and secure. Overall, I think it’s a really practical option if you want more storage without adding bulky panniers.

Fits a Hiboy EX6F fine
I bought the 13-25L size trunk bag for a Hiboy EX6F ebike. The bottom rack strapping in place is a tad tight due to fender’s proximity, but not that bad to set. I have to say it fits well on the bike’s rack and the panniers are the right length so not to hang too low near the derailleur. The pannier’s hooks hook to the bike frame where there is a little slack, but enough to keep them in place and stay in place. The bag sits snug on the rack frame. Now we’ll see how it performs while out in the elements and handles the loads. For a test, I did put a full gallon milk container in the bag with the top pop up extension and to my surprise it fit when the top is zipped up. So far it’s fits the purpose. I will use a zipper lube too. This will help with their longevity.
