A replacement di2 charging cable that works.
I run 12-speed Shimano Di2 on my road bike and I managed to misplace the original EW-EC300 charging cable somewhere between a race weekend and unpacking my kit bag. The Shimano replacement cable is surprisingly expensive for what it is, so when I found this listed as a compatible replacement at a fraction of the price I figured it was worth trying. A dead Di2 battery mid-ride is not something I ever want to experience again.It works, which is honestly all that matters for a charging cable. It connects to the EW-EC300 port on the junction box without any fuss and the USB-C end works with any standard USB-C wall adapter or power bank. My Di2 battery charges at the same rate as it did with the original cable and the E-TUBE app connects normally during the charge. There is nothing surprising or complicated about it, it just works.The cable feels reasonably well made and the connectors seat firmly at both ends without any wobble. It is not a premium braided cable or anything like that, but for something that sits in a drawer most of the time and comes out once every few weeks to top up the battery it does not need to be. The Di2 end in particular feels like a solid fit against the junction box port without being difficult to remove.The main reason to buy this is as a backup or travel spare rather than a daily use cable. Di2 batteries last a long time between charges but the one time you need to charge and cannot find the cable is the one time it matters. Keeping one of these in my race bag and one at home means I am never searching for a cable the night before an event. At this price it is genuinely cheap peace of mind.This cable is specifically for Shimano Di2 systems using the EW-EC300 charging port, which is the 12-speed road standard. It will not work with older Di2 generations that use the SM-BCR2 barrel-style charger. Check which charging port your Di2 system uses before ordering.A USB-C power adapter or power bank is not included and is needed to actually charge your Di2 battery. Any standard USB-C charger will work, including a phone charger, so this is unlikely to be a problem for most people.There is not much more to say about a charging cable than it either works or it does not, and this one works. If you have lost your original EW-EC300 cable or just want a backup for your kit bag, this is a sensible, affordable solution. Just confirm your Di2 system uses the EW-EC300 port and you are good to go.

Works great and allows roadside charging from your phone if needed.
Works perfectly; allows you to charge with USB-C which is quickly becoming the standard and also allows you to charge using an iPhone so if you carry this on your bike an ever have a roadside charging need, you have an option. This is really great as after years of riding Di2, I find that the amazing battery sometimes causes me to forget about charging. Fits on the derailleur as well as the oem cable and much cheaper. Overall, just a great Di2 cable to have!

Convenient USB-C Version of the Standard Di2 Charging Cable
This is a straightforward Di2 charging cable with a USB-C connector on one end and the standard Di2 charging connection on the other. So just a convenient update for anyone who has moved most of their charging equipment over to USB-C.The cable connects securely to the bike and charged our Di2 without any issues. The USB-C end works with the same types of chargers, laptops, and power adapters. I kept my older USB-A power cord for a backup.The cable feels well made, and the connectors fit properly without feeling loose.The main benefit is simply convenience. This is still a regular Di2 charging cable, but replacing the older USB connection with USB-C makes it easier to use with current charging setups. If your Di2 system uses this style of charging connection, it’s a worthwhile upgrade.Overall, it works reliably, feels well constructed, and makes charging a little easier in a USB-C world.

FINALY a Type-C charger for Di2 that actually works!!!
I ordered this replacement Type-C charging cable for my Shimano Di2 setup.Unlike previous attempts with similar items, this one actually works. I tested it on both my Ultegra and 105 Di2 groupsets and it charged reliably with no issues. Note that this cable is only for the newer style Di2 that charges directly on the rear derailleur. If you have the older style that uses a junction box or charge port, this is not for you.The cable feels decent quality and the length is convenient for charging at home or in the garage.Overall, this is a solid charging cable. It does what it is supposed to do and works consistently. I am happy with it. Good value.
