The Park Tool VP-1 comes with everything you need to repair a punctured inner tube and get it ready for reinstallation and inflation. Together with the included vulcanizing fluid, the butyl patches create a molecular bond with the inner tube, resulting in a durable permanent repair for any puncture. The application process is easy: simply spread a thin layer of vulcanizing fluid over the area, allow it to dry, remove the backing from the patch, firmly apply pressure (especially at the edges), and inspect the bond after a minute or two. Compatible with nearly all bicycle inner tubes.

Great Tube Patch
If you are an avid cyclist, this is a most carry item, it is small, light and can save you from the most dreaded thing we cyclist hate, is not getting a flat, it is CALLING THE WIFE! Short funny story. In all the years I have being riding my bike I have to call my wife twice, 3 years apart, last time I called her, first thing she said ,AGAIN, I have to pick you up? I am getting the feeling that wifes in general do not like that duty. So the moral of the story is, get one and it will save you or someone else in your group to be stranded far away from home and make a tough decision Uber or wife. Next time will be Uber or new wife. Just kidding. This patch works well every time, highly recommended as most of the Park Tools things they make.

Good Tire Inner Tube Patches
I have been using these patches for years. One thing I do is add a piece of sandpaper to the box. The tube needs to be abraded where the puncture is or the patches will not stick. The nice thing is that the box has room to add a little piece of sandpaper

Works Like A Charm
I used this on a tubeless mountain bike tire. You have to remove the tire from the rim and make sure it is clean and dry. Beats buying another 90 dollar tire. Works like a charm.

Best patch kit at any price
I have tried numerous patch and glue products; dozens of brands and I can tell you Park kit does it all correctly. I used to throw away bike tubes with any punched holes, large or small and located in underside as well outside of inner tube.Those repairs with anything other than Park might last a day, maybe a week and go back to losing air which has been an aggravating experience.Buy the car ParkTool patch kits, is all I can say.

Nice little kits to fit in a bag that’s mounted on your bike. Haven’t used yet, but it’s one of those things but hopefully never have to use.
