Super Basket – Fantastic Value – UPDATED Review
I bought the original (deeper) version of this product a couple of years ago for my “beach bike”. It has been fantastic….the finish still looks brand new, and it is super-useful for beach grocery runs (like ice cream…lol).So I was setting up a near copy of my beach bike for my wife, and ordered this shallow version…looked a little more feminine to me, but still matches mine. Needless to say, she loves it!UPDATE (11/24/2015): This “basket” continues to be a fantastic product. It has held up well to many, many rides and grocery runs. The finish is very durable and really still looks new. No rattles – no issues. This basket may outlast the bike!

Great, solid bike handlebar with integrated basket.
I luv this thing. It’s strong enough to carry my necessities, light enough to not make my bike fall over, adjustable enough to have positioned high for a relaxing ride or low for a more aggressive pace, and inexpensive enough not to break the bank. Easy to install, and perfectly stable. 5 star rating!

Sturdy Well-Built Single Component Handlebar Basket
The handlebar width is not quite as big as I thought it would be (what’s wrong with giving me a little extra and letting me cut off any excess?). Shims for larger diameter stems would have been nice too. I do like the dual mounting points. It looks kind of goofy, but I used the bottom mounting point raising the handle bars to almost shoulder level (make for a very comfortable ride).

As the title says. The basket and the handlebar are not aligned but slightly off relative to each other. Looks awful. Of course I only noticed it after the return window closed. Don’t buy!

Great cargo bars with high rise option
Pros:-perfect basket size. A bit tilted back when the bars are at a 90 degree angle so your cargo sits nice and tight-two areas to clamp your stem. This was AWESOME for me because I was looking for high risers. This kills two birds with one stone and doesn’t look as goofy as a 8” riser bar. The two clamp positions allow for more versatility.-perfect 560mm width. Great for having good control while still being narrow enough for nyc traffic. Nice and high with a comfortable sweep. Enough width for lock on grips and brake levers.-clean design. Looks much more elegant compared to wire baskets.Cons:-should come with handlebar shims at this price. Had to buy separate shims to fit my 31.8mm stem-cost is pretty high. Definitely consider how much you are going to be using these and whether or not you would like the versatility of a standard Wald basket.-weight is pretty heavy. I knew this going in but it definitely changes the geometry of your bike which you have to expect. Heavier than a traditional wire basket.All in all really happy with my purchase. Converted my urban fixed gear into a rocking weekender bike. Perfect for throwing groceries or a box in the front and going on casual rides. Love love love the high rise option. Perfect dimensions for what I wanted. Could be a bit lighter. Would buy again.

Great bars, no more basket rattle
The bars are great but too skinny in width. Wish an extra 2” to 1.5” were added to each side then owners could trim to fit. However I ordered a set of locking grips on Amazon for $9 and fixed the problem. I have the locking grips hanging off 1.5”, no big deal for cruiser but I wouldn’t want to be hitting jumps with my current setup.

Comfortable grip – no basket bounce
Nice long neck allows you to adjust the height and no basket wobble or looseness since it is all one thing. Do t worry it is 1 mm smaller than your old stem – it tightens just fine,

well made and versitile
this is a handy upright riding basket-bar. the tubing is strong and the welds seem very good. you have two height choices built into the the unit. i put one on a fixed gear bike (pics included) and this has worked out well. i throw a tennis racket backpack in it and off to the courts. good product option for carrying bike loads.
