    Je trouve ça dangereux et trop peu sécurisé ! 🙁

    Se type de cartouche pour le grand public, je trouve ça incroyablement dangereux tellement le filetage mouler est faible et pas de protection d’opercule. Vu la pression dans cette minuscule cartouche sur ce systeme à bouton, une fois percuté rien n’empêche un enfant de la déviser et la c’est le drame… l’explosion cette pression, ça part comme une balle qui ricoche partout en une seconde et ça ne pardonne pas.Je conseille fortement d’acheter un étuie de protection pour chaque cartouche à cause de l’opercule non protégé ou trouver un bouchon de protection pour éviter qu’ilk soit transpercer avec des clés dans votre sac à dos par exemple. D’ailleurs je ne comprend vraiment pas une si faible protection.BREF, A N’UTILISER QUE POUR PLAQUER VOTRE PNEU TUBELESS, si vous êtes en vacances ou dépourvu d’un compresseur. Si vous voulez seulement gonfler une vélo, je recommande vraiment une pompe manuel ou sur batterie, car se truque marquer comme gonfleur, franchement c’est du n’importe quoi vu la pression de sortie, même pour replaquer un pneu tubeless. Avec ma pompe manuel à haut débit (sur socle à pied), j’arrive à plaquer mes pneus tubeless…Bref mes reprochent:- Pas de protection d’opercule ou boite de transport sécuriser !- Filetage mouler qui ne m’inspire clairement pas confiance ou le simple joint du “pistolet” ;- Pas de limiteur de pression intégré ou variable pour baisser cette forte pression- Pas de systeme sécurité du tous sur le boutonEt enfin, notice seulement en Anglais et qui ne parle pas de porter un gant à cause du givre une fois décompresser… ou d’éviter de choquer la cartouche givrer sur le sol alors quel n’est pas décomprimé … la mousse ne sert pas à grand chose puisque c’est toujours le culot qui givre et qui est plus fragile du coup

    Producto que hace lo mismo que los demás pero a un precio algo mayor por la marca. Pero tiene mucha calidad y la estética de muc-off es muy bonita. Lo mejor es que es de pulsador. Se nota que es muy resistente.

    Received inflator and cartridges

    Since several people recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving only the C02 cartridges and not the inflator, I thought I’d post my experience. I just received my shipment in February 2023 and received everything I was supposed to: the inflator and the two C02 cartridges. The inflator had slipped out of one of its zip ties, but didn’t fall off completely. Though this product is non-returnable, I assume I could have gotten a refund through Amazon customer service. Luckily, I did not have to try. I do think Amazon should bag each of these just in case, like they do for some other products to keep them together.

    As others have mentioned, the inflator was not securely attached to the Muc-Off packaging and detatched / came loose in shipping, but it was contained within the Amazon package. Everything arrived okay.As a product it seems solid enough. Happy to have it in the bike bag.

    Came Missing the Inflator…

    My first order came with the 2 c02 cartridges, but the packaging was obviously damaged in such a way that the inflator was missing. Must’ve happened while Amazon had possession or even before, because it wasn’t in the shipping box either.Anyways, I got it sorted out and now have 2 extra carts as backup. The quality is decent, probably not worth the 30 bucks I paid. I mostly went with this option because I’ve had good luck with Muc Off stuff previously.The packaging quality causing issues combined with the price make this one a tough recommendation for me.

    Essential for running tubeless!

    Easy to use and performed well. Eliminates bead leakage by creating a quick seal when on the tail. Always great value for the money with Muc-Off as well as cool looking appearance.

    The Best CO2 Inflator

    This is the best CO2 Inflator out there. I have used it numerous times. I love the button trigger as opposed to those of other brands. It allows you more control over how much you fill the tube. It is super small and takes up little space in your seat bag.

    Amazon delivered damaged merchandise and refused to accept return

    This product arrived missing the inflator – the most important part. The original packaging was obviously damaged but Amazon packed it up in their own box and shipped it out anyway.When I tried to return the item and buy a replacement, Amazon refused to accept it, sending me instead to the manufacturer.Fortunately the manufacturer (Muc-Off) agreed to ship me a new inflator. 5 stars for Muc-Off, 1 star for Amazon.

    Poor packaging design, Muc-Off terrible customer support

    I purchased from Muc-Offs online store on Amazon. Product arrived missing the inflator head that some genius thought should en attached to the outside of the package while the CO2 cartridges are stored inside the box. When I tried to return the item as it arrived incomplete/damaged, I was not able to because of the CO2 cartridges. Makes no sense that they can ship it to me but I can’t ship it back to them. I reached out to Muc-Off as directed by Amazon since they were the specific person/company I bought it from, not a 3rd party vendor/reseller. The customer service representative said “yea, somewhere there is a box of thousands of those heads that have gotten ripped off by the conveyor belts Amazon uses to distribute and package the product.” I said, well why doesn’t someone develop a better packaging for the item then you and I wont have this problem. No answer. I asked if he would kindly send me just the inflator head and I would be satisfied. You would have thought I asked for a million dollars. Extremely out off by my request. He then said, “fine, but you know we’ll have to sip it from our headquarters in Europe.” Basically his way of telling me he wasn’t going to do anything to help. It’s been over a month and guess what, it still hasn’t showed up. Absolutely will never buy another product from Muc-Off.

    Best I have ever used

    This is the best CO2 inflator I have ever used. There are two things that make this inflator stand out over my previous inflators. First, there is a seal where the CO2 cartridge connects to the inflator head so the air does not leak out after a partial cartridge use. I still have air in the cartridge even after a week of it being connected. Second, the inflator head screws on to the valve so you don’t have to fiddle around trying to get the inflator head aligned just right while releasing air. In the past I have had inflator heads that did not screw on and you would loose some air trying to align it just right on the presta valve. This is imply the best inflator I have used.
