I wanted a strong lock for my ebike and this Monster lock fits the bill. When they say it’s “heavy-duty”, the emphasis should heavy. This bike lock is not lightweight. Everything about it screams, leave me alone. It will take a serious thief to attempt to mess with this lock. The locking cuffs on each end are rubber protected to keep from damaging your bike’s paint. The fabric sleeve over the chain is reflective to light up at night. Everything seems to be well thought-out. They included brackets to mount onto your bike for the lock to hook onto. No need to look for a place to stow the lock. Simply hook onto the brackets.

Heavy duty bike lock with bot cutter resistant chain
This monster lock ml901 is quite hefty, weighing around 5lbs. It features a bolt cutter resistant chain and a lock that resists picking tools. It’s easy to use with a ratcheting lock mechanism. the ratcheting mechanism allows it to function in a wide variety of environments. The keys are easy to insert and turn. This lock provides a high level of security but be aware is still prone to being cut with angle grinders. Overall I’m happy with it for protecting my bike when it won’t be left alone for long periods of time.

High quality, great buy!
Very large and heavy duty. A lot higher quality then I expected. In my pic its on a hi boy s2 which is a small scooter. It is pretty heavy so I wouldn’t recommend it for a smaller scooter but it does work and i will be using it as needed. I have a large scooter that I will use this for. Looks like laser cut keys, hopefully less likely to pick it. Not sure if that would make copies more expensive. Some of the zip ties were broke when it arrived, thats how heavy this thing is. So be sure to get the keys before throwing the box if it arrives like mine!
