nice product, bad hardware
Anchors and screws provided were not supportive. The shelf itself is really nice and can’t wait to get it up but need to get my own anchors and screws and patch the holes from the other anchors.

Well built
Very well built but very heavy. Mounted it in drywall and it ripped out of my wall because it was so heavy. Needs to be mounted into studs or will rip off the wall.

Terrible hardware
The product itself is nice and sturdy. The hardware it comes with does not work in drywall. If you’re screwing into something solid this would be a fine product.

The provided hardware is not strong enough for this heavy product.•Additionally, I had to run to Lowe’s and purchase a 3×4 piece of wood to affix to the wall before placing the wall mount over it.•Pay closer attn that this product is more accustomed to fit a men’s bicycle. A women’s bicycle will “teeter” and does not fit securely.
