Runs small
I ordered this because it had such high ratings by MIT. Either runs very small or was mislabeled. I ordered a medium/large because I tend to have a larger head for a female, but it was too tight all around. I couldn’t even twist the knob on the back. Also, I ordered a white one and they sent a black one. Had to return it.

Ridiculously long chin straps
The chin strap assembly is extremely long, therefore it could not be adjusted for proper fit/comfort. The extra length flops against your neck and face. There is no way to cut the straps so the helmet was returned.

Great helmet!
I took a bad fall on my electric bike. Fell down a 4ft embankment and hit my head/helmet very hard on a large rock. Helmet truly saved me from a bad injury! Bought same one again as it performed as rated!! Thank you!
