    Not a typical reworked triple crankset

    Not many square taper 104BCD cranksets are forged from a dedicated 1x die/mold. This one is. Most 1x cranksets are made or designed from old triple dies/molds. On the JG there is no chainring seat on the outside of the spider for a large/outer triple chainring like you see on many others. There is a chainring seat for the 1x chainring position which is actually missing on many others. There is no useless casting, originally intended for a small/inner triple chainring, on the inside of the spider also seen on many other 1x cranksets. This is truly a dedicated 1x crankset.This JG crankset is nicely machined and finished. Nice touches include countersunk holes on the outside of the spider for the chaingring bolts. Also there is a step machined in each crank arm for pedal washers. And interestingly this crankset includes a pair of aluminum adapters that are threaded into the puller threads over the crank bolts which turns it into a self-extracting crank. I removed mine.Amazing value for an awesome 1x crankset!

    Well made and good price crankset

    Chain ring hole pattern is not symmetrical – which I didn’t know because I’m an amateur bike mechanic. Need to make sure your chain ring has correct hole centers. Everything is built good. Well packaged. Great price.
