I have had two close calls while riding my nt700v. People just don’t see you. I was looking at motorcycle dash cams and helmet mounted ones kept coming up. I chose this one because of the mounts, so you can put it either on your helmet or on handlebars. The video quality is pretty good and it must have some sort of vibration reducing feature because the video is less jerky than I was expecting it to be. I don’t ride in the rain, but it is nice that it is waterproof just in case.

Defective out of the box.
Did not work. Two buttons on the device and one did not work. Button to record or take pictures did nothing. Wasted hours installing bad software and trying to read poorly written instructions printed too small. Got it to show images with wifi, but not useful for showing details at any distance. Makes a noisy vibration when turning on and supposed to when starting or stopping recording, so it is not useful if you want a silent device. Returning.

I’m giving it 4 stars, not because it’s bad. I use it every day, and the video quality is not bad at all. The only issue is that the adjustment nut seems a little fragile; it loosens up from road vibrations, so I have to keep tightening it.The features are basic and fulfill the purpose. I’m happy with my decision to buy it.
