Mounting bolts are too short
This is a bike basket that comes with a mounting bracket that you are supposed to be able to mount on the handlebar. Then you clip the basket on to the mounting bracket, thus the basket can be quickly attached and removed.Unfortunately, the screws that secure the mounting bracket to the handlebars are too short making the basket impossible to install. What a waste of time. It’s not usable so I have to give it one star. If I come across some longer screws that are the correct size, I may update this review.UPDATE EDIT:I was able to find some longer screws, so I was able to install the mounting bracket.The bag attaches and detaches to and from the bracket very easily. This is very convenient. If you want to leave the basket on the bike, you could run a cable through the metal handles to prevent somebody from swiping it.The bag feels sold secure when mounted. I’m not sure about the claim in the description that it can hold 20 pounds, but it is plenty roomy.Quality seems fine. Hopefully it can withstand heavy loads and not fail. I’ll take off one star because the bolts provided were too short. If your bike has thinner handlebars this may not be a problem.

Cute basket for my vintage bike
I got this small basket to keep my phone and water bottle while I’m riding my vintage city bike. Since my bike doesn’t have a water bottle holder, it’s perfect for me. I used to drop my phone out of my pocket while riding, but not anymore! This basket is easily detachable, so I can take it with me for a little picnic and then walk to our spot. It dries quickly and looks great, so I don’t have to worry about it getting wet.

This is a great basket because even small things can be carried in it without loss. The little zipper pocket is a good place to keep the 3-way metric tool that is so handy for eBikes. It is easily detached and carried with the handles.

If you get 8 “random” plastic pieces it’s in sets of 2 so that’s 4 total, you’re supposed to put it between the main piece that goes on your handle in the grooves and then screw it on. The lock for the basket gets a little sticky over time but even when I don’t lock my basket in place it is very sturdy. It’s surprisingly very good to put my bookbag or lunch kit in and greatly reduces weight. I went to Walmart with it before and carried a gallon of milk, two packs of chips, vegetables and some canned items, yes it weighed and made my bike turn to the side but once you balance it it’s pretty sturdy. The rubber handle wears over a short time frame especially if left or used in outdoor elements, which is expected. The frame bent in a slanted manner a bit when it got dropped a couple of times however I was able to easily bend it BACK. So I’d say not a bad buy at all honestly and I even use it in the stores to make it easier. I sometimes had lunch and it had spills in it but you can literally take it in the sink or shower and just wash it and leave it to air dry. You sadly cannot remove the sturdy cloth bit from the basket frame as it’s bolted onto the handles. Otherwise, not bad!

This is a nice basket, comes with a lot of pieces and no directions to let you know how to actually attach it to the bike. I’ve been trying to figure this out for an hour now. I will edit my review if I ever get the directions.

Awesome basket
Got this after riding around with my wife and her requesting something to hold her stuff. I was pleasantly surprised to come across this design. I love the basket idea and it is so easy to connect and disconnect. The basket is pretty good size and it is very sturdy despite only having the two braces. It feels like it can hold some weight to it. It was super easy to install, the spacers included made it super easy to match the correct diameter. The release and lock mechanism is super simple and easy to use. I really like having this basket as we can ride somewhere and easily pop this off to utilize to carry or collect goods.
