The stand was easy to assemble, and holds both of my bikes easily. I had one small issue when I first got the stand. There is an extension bar that can be used to hold your handlebars or other floppy parts of the bike steady while on the rack. My extension bar had a small broken tab that holds the rubber straps that you wrap around the bike. So why 5 stars? Because when I called the support number on the installation instructions, I spoke to a really great support rep who instantly understood my problem, and shipped out a replacement part within the hour. It seems like it is getting harder and harder to find companies who stand behind their product and give you value in return for your money. This was my first experience with this company, and I would buy from them again.

Seems good so far. I have a very heavy ebike and it holds it alright although that’s just with one wheel off the ground. I would have minor concerns with it holding the 75lb bike in full for long periods (even though it would probably be alright). The quality seems alright and install was easy.

Good stand but directions are very unclear on how to install stabilizing pole
Light and strong; however, the included stabilizing pole is very difficult to use. The directions simply show the stabilizing pole included within the parts list and again in the finished drawing. Unlike the tool tray installation, there are no details on the stabilizing pole installation. The collared ends of the pole do not fit anything on the mounting stand nor any of my bikes. It is a mystery on how to effectively use the pole.

Excellent stand, but needs a central standard tube to be able grab onto.
This stand is awesome! Holds my manual bike perfectly while I work on it. It does not hold my ebike though, as my top tube is a double-tube flat piece and the jaws are not deep enough to hold the center, and there is nowhere else on the bike to grab. However, for the one standard bike it is exactly what I need.

Watch that you don’t scratch your top tube with the spring inside of the gripper.
Good stand, but be careful if you have a wide top tube. The first time I put the bike in the stand, the spring inside the tube gripper scratched my paint. So I wrapped a piece of thin foam weatherstripping around the spring to prevent this from happening. I feel that they should have taken this into account. It scratched my expensive E bike and really pissed me off. (See pics.)
