Good quality for the price, well built and well designed. Easy to install.
Seems to be well designed and good quality for the price. Sturdy enough to carry a 15 pound + bag. Well built and was easy to install. Some of the supplied machine screws have shown signs of rusting after 2 months of use, but this is more of a cosmetic concern than functional. For the reasonable price, you can’t expect stainless steel hardware.

Lightweight, Sturdy & Customizable
We bought this for our HeyBike RACEMAX ebike with 27.5″ tires. Looked at many rack options but this was the best suited for the bike. The assembly was easy and overall look matched with bike as if it was OEM. The weight of the overall assembly is also light as it seem to be made from Aluminum. The screws and nuts also seem to be made from good material and seems it would last and not rust. Adding this rack now gives options to put more attachments on the back to carry lightweight items for rides. Price seems reasonable compared to other model and the quality.

Well-made rack, but assembly hardware below average and sparse instructions
The rack appears to be good quality and well-machined, should serve the purpose well; however I have the following criticisms:1) Hardware is not high quality, and there were not enough nuts for all the bolts needed. Worse is that I stripped two of the bolts with way too little effort — I am an experienced bike mechanic and did not over-tighten.2) The instructions would benefit from being more specific; there is a left and a right side piece, these should be marked; also I had to bend these slightly to match the bolt holes on the rack bed.3) The rack is advertised as being rated to carry a 110-lb. load; based on the cheesy bolts furnished, especially the long bottom-bracket ones, I would hesitate to put anything half that heavy on this rack.

I just put it on a Trek Verge
It fit the Trek Verge just fine. The hard aluminum has to be slightly stretched to fit over the rear frame sockets, but that’s not much of a problem. Likewise during assembly, the side brackets have to be slightly stretched to fit the holes on the cargo rack. Again, not a problem, just allow the stretch to hold the screws in place. The pictures on the Amazon page are about as good as the instructions. The pictures on the instructions are a bit small. At any rate, it will work well to hold a jacket or other item. It uses an old school rat trap kind of holder, otherwise you have to tie down what you want to carry. I got it mainly to keep from my wife getting a skunk stripe up her back when we get in wet conditions. And to hold her jacket. It cost about the same as a fender set, that I have little confidence in it staying on the bike while I carry them on my truck.

Fits and works
Fit my Rad power bike with no modifications needed. A lot more sturdy than I originally thought, I could easily sit on it with my entire weight with no problems or issues. So a lil under 200 lbs.. doesn’t add too much weight to the bike itself. Installation was really clean cut and dry didn’t really need anything too fancy. Hopefully I can strap a bad to it and use it for food delivery. Fantastic product for a fair price.

Junk product, but that’s what I get for buying cheap. It cannot hold 100lbs (50kg). It’s made of cheap, light materials and it says on the instructions load capacity 25kg.Speaking of the instructions are vague, and it uses pictures for instructions, but some of the pictures are so dark you can’t even see what’s going on.It also doesn’t come with tools, which you need to assemble it securely, (an 8mm wrench or small allen wrench). Luckily I already had the tools but I don’t think I’ll be keeping this, I think I’m going to look for something stronger.

The rack itself is really solid and feels well-made. Once it’s on, it holds weight nicely and looks great on my bike. But the installation instructions weren’t very clear. It didn’t explain where the three different screw sizes go, and the front sliding bar part was confusing. I had to take it apart a couple of times to figure it out. Overall, good product—but be ready to spend some time installing it.

Cheap garbage
Very cheaply made. Hardware pack was missing 2 nuts. Bolt slots are crooked and didn’t align with the upper bracket. I had to bend things to make it fit. I don’t have faith that it will last more than a week or 2 for my son carrying band instruments to school on it.
