キャップ付がよいです
旧製品のELITE FLYのキャップが取れたので、同じELITEでキャプ付を探してこのMTBシリーズを購入しまた。軽くて素材が柔らかいのはいいのですが、柔らか過ぎてボトルケージに上手に入れないと凹みます。もちろんボトルとしては問題なく使えます。

フタ付に期待している人は要注意
キャメルバックのゴムキャップと比較してのレビューです。本製品のフタは開いた状態で固定するものが無いため、フタを顔の正面にして開けると飲んでいる最中に風や樹脂ヒンジの復元力で顔にフタが当たり非常に飲み辛い状況が生じます。また、フタを固定するフックがメガネやバイザーにひっかかり、下手をするとひっかかったまま持っていかれてしまう危険もあります。フタを開ける方向を左右に避ければこの状況は回避できますが、スポーツライド中にいちいちフタを開ける方向を意識しなくてはいけないのはストレスです。またフタの台座は本体ボトルキャップの外周部に被せる形で装着するのですが、キャップを閉じる際にフタの台座ごと外周部を握ってネジを締め込む形になるため、キャップとフタの台座同士が滑ってしまいキャップの締め込みが足りず水漏れする事態も生じました。750mlでフタ付という点でポディウムよりも優れますが、蓋自体の使い勝手を考えるとゴムキャップ式の蓋の方が自転車走行には適していると思いました。

High-quality bottles — for me, this is currently one of the best bottle brands available. There is no plastic smell upon first opening, and they fit perfectly into Elite bottle cages, providing a very secure hold. There’s a wide range of colors and options, with or without a dirt-protection cap. The drinking nozzle opens easily by hand or with your teeth. The only minor issue is that a small amount of water remains on the cap after closing

Perfectly designed lid
The star of this bottle design is the lid. The cover can be taken off if you are riding on the road, and don’t want to haslte with a lid cover. It can then be re-applied if you are riding in the dirt. But the lid is what sold me to buy these bottles. They don’t leak, but the fluid comes out with just an easy squeeze. Another thing I like is the friction to get the nozzle opened is perfect. I’ve has some bottles where you practically break your teeth to get opened, and other bottles where you barely touch your lips and it closes on you. This lid/valve design is the best I’ve seen in bicycle water bottles.
