A masterpiece of USA design
About the only good thing is that the plugs will most likely work, however the overall container is too long to fit in a saddle bag or (short) bidon caddy. Also, the plugs don’t fit very well within the cap. Lack of proper instructions, except for what is scribbled on the box.The pointy tip of the plugs will probably interfere with tubes if ever fitted. Might be a good idea to carry a pocket knife or something to cut off the tip when fitting an inner tube.

These work, better than bacon
I got a puncture mountain biking in Utah and fixed it trail side with the standard bacon strip. It held and got me down the mountain. I added a little more sealant when I got back from the ride and all looked good. I went back out the next day and the bacon strip popped out mid-ride. I tried to re-plug with a larger size but it didn’t fit. I popped a new regular size one in and made it back down. I ordered a new tire, but found these on Amazon with great reviews so I gave them a go. Instead of replacing the tire, I pulled the bacon strip out and popped one of these in. So far so good. Big 3.5 hr ride today (big climbs, fast rocky rooty descents) in Park City with no problems.

They Actually Work Better
The other tire plugs have one tool to drive a roughing tool in and out a few timed, then push in the plug strands then remove the tool with just some strands left in the puncture. There is nothing though to hold the strands in place. However, with this system it is all done with an in and out stroke. The brass “bullet” penetrates and then retains the bullet and plug strand.Quick, easy and reliable.I have been using them since 2018. This is a reorder.I have been cycling 40 years.

Great product!
Great product that works extremely well. I’ve used their competitor’s products and this works substantially better.

Saved my ride
I have carried Stan’s darts for my mountain bike and regular bacon strips for my road/gravel bike for a while. I haven’t had great luck with either and recently the Stan’s dart failed miserably so I went looking for something better.I found these and could not be happier. They’re a little on the pricier side but the design and usability is way easier than other methods. On the 2nd ride with these I hit something while riding my gravel bike on the road. I was running Specialized Pathfinder Pro tires, 42mm, 55psi for road riding. The cut was right at the crown of the tire (smooth part of the tread) and sealant was spraying out. Rolling the tire to put the cut at the bottom didn’t help – it just left a puddle of sealant on the road.I pulled out the Dynaplug and was able to insert a small sized plug into the hole with very little difficulty and it sealed up completely. I have been riding with the plug in since then and have put 250+ miles on the tire since it was plugged and have had 0 issues – no air loss, nothing. The one thing you need to watch out for is that the part of the brass head that fits into the barrel is really short. You need to push on it 100% perpendicular to the tire (straight in) or the brass piece will come unseated and flop around making insertion difficult/impossible. I stabilized it with my finger in order to be able to apply the necessary pressure to insert it into my tire. JUst watch out for that and you’ll be back on the road or trail in no time.

A Godsend!
I switched to tubeless tires on the road bike a year ago and, unfortunately, I have experienced lots of punctures in that time. The most recent puncture proved unpluggable by other plugs I tried – I must have “repaired” the tire 6 or more times with the fix never lasting more than half an hour before failing. Aggravation, lost riding time and wasted sealant!Bike mechanic recommended Dynaplug and I’m so glad he did! Most importantly, it plugged the hole! I have ridden about 200km since and the tire has held firm. The bonus points are how easy and QUICK it is to use – it takes about 20 seconds to insert not the 2-5 minutes of fiddling the other plugs take. It’s not as cheap as the others but it does the job so well and with so little hassle, I don’t mind paying the extra.Thank you Dynaplug!!

Great plug kit👍
Works as advertises. I got a leak on my tubeless tire spewing sealant, the sealant closed the leak long enough to get me home. When I went to pump up the tire it started to leak again. This is when I installed the plug👍 I have ridden over 80 miles with the plug installed. Guys this plug really works. Dont leave home without this plug kit

Gets you back home.
These Dynaplugs work and help you get back home but they leak and could not hold firm in several occasions. I had issues even with tiny, 1mm holes with brand new tire and fresh load of sealant. Guess I need to try different options.

Great tool
Great tool just note that the tool itself is too large to fit inside most most road bikes that have top tube or down tube storage.

Fix tubeless tire punctures quickly
I bike thousands of miles every year. This year I switched from tube type to tubeless road bike tires. When I got my first puncture a week ago, I found the puncture, pulled the Dynaplug tool out and inserted one plug. I used my new electric pump to get my tire to the appropriate pressure and was quickly on my way. You can see in the photo where the plug is, which you can leave in for the life of the tire.. So much easier than replacing a tube. It’s kind of expensive for what you get, but it’s worth it after your first repair
